Perfect base for us as we like to go out and about. Lovely garden area for relaxing and dining outside.Fairly quiet location with easy access to the lake, local shops and market. Comfortable bed and hot shower always a bonus! John was also friendly and welcoming.

Location parfaite pour découvrir la région et ses merveilles. Un accueil chaleureux avec une délicate attention dans le frigo pour notre arrivée. La propriétaire nous a conseillé pour les visites à ne pas manquer et le lac était idéal pour se rafraîchir en cette période de canicule Appartement très frais et très calme. Tout y est bien et nous reviendrons avec plaisir Merci encore madame Chantal !!!!

Aménagement qui gagnerait à avoir quelques finitions supplémentaires. Installé dans un quartier calme mais un peu éloigné du lac et du centre. Tout est toutefois correct. Un jardin privatif est très appréciable. ainsi que le séjour et la véranda . Venu pour visiter la région à partir d'un pied à terre, nous repartons très satisfaits. A noter la convivialité de la propriétaire.

Tout en étant au calme, le lac reste accessible à pied du logement. Je conseille d'emmener des vélos et d'oublier la voiture sur place. Le logement est conforme à la description de l'annonce Qui est le gérant immobilier; le propriétaire ou abritel? On a eu un très bon contact avec la propriétaire, par contre aucun contact avec le gérant

Nous venons de passer une très agréable semaine dans ce petit logis de St Jorioz, il est parfait pour 2 personnes ou éventuellement avec un enfant. Le jardin est très beau et calme, tout ce qu'il faut pour se reposer. Nous avions eu l'idée d'apporter nos vélos et cela fut génial de parcourir toutes les pistes cyclables présentes autour du lac. Notre hôtesse était adorable avec nous, gaie et souriante. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce gîte. Michel et Hélène

Emplacement idéal pour toutes les activités sportives et culturelles. Commerces à 5 minutes en voiture. Fraîcheur très appréciable du studio et du très beau jardin qui offre un lieu idéal pour la détente. Propriétaire très accueillante et très attentionnée.

Une semaine vraiment géniale!!

Le soleil nous attendait en Haute-Savoie à Saint-Jorioz, et il est resté toute la semaine!! Studio et petit jardin fleuri agréable par cette chaleur. Nous avons apprécié les conseils de la propriétaire quant aux sites à visiter et le Féra à déguster : une belle rencontre!! Magnifique région, plein de belles et bonnes choses... envie de revenir.
