The Cocoonr agency offers you this fully renovated 34 m² studio in Sévrier, just a few minutes’ walk from the lake, featuring a warm, modern atmosphere and a beautiful view of Lake Annecy. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a relaxing stay in Haute-Savoie. The studio is located on the second and top floor.
This charming studio is laid out as follows:

- Fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, kettle, toaster…)
- Spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine
- Separate WC
Additional amenities:
Wi-Fi, washing machine, bike storage, iron and ironing board. Baby cot and highchair available on request.

The apartment is ideally located in a quiet area of Sévrier, just a 9-minute walk from the lake and beach.
- Cycle path along the lake right outside the studio
- Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy… within a 10-minute walk
Activities:
- Go hiking in the Semnoz mountains, cycle along the shores of the lake, experience the thrill of water sports (wakeboarding, private boat trips…), explore local heritage through cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum…), take to the skies for an aerial adventure in a paraglider, and wander through the old town of Annecy. Transport:
- Regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15 from Annecy provide easy access to the city center (around 25 minutes) and nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes).
- Geneva International Airport is about 1 hour away by car. Bus connections and private shuttles also link Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend taxis or private ride services (VTC).
- If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.
Other remarks:
- Entirely non-smoking accommodation
- Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited
- Hotel-quality bed linen and towels (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
- Please note that this accommodation is offered for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights) during the winter period from November to April.
For medium-term stays, your booking will require the signing of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease) in order to comply with legislation.
To do this, we will need some additional information (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without a duly signed contract, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation. This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or via the various rental platforms.
On site, you will be personally welcomed by a representative selected by Cocoonr Annecy. They will show you the apartment, answer your questions, and hand over the keys.
