The apartment is ideally located in a quiet area of Sévrier, just a 9-minute walk from the lake and beach.
- Cycle path along the lake right outside the studio

- Geneva International Airport is about 1 hour away by car. Bus connections and private shuttles also link Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend taxis or private ride services (VTC).
- If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.

- Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited
- Hotel-quality bed linen and towels (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made for your arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also included.
