Cocoonr offers this fully renovated 34 m² studio apartment for rent in Sevrier, just a few minutes' walk from the lake, with a warm, modern atmosphere and lovely views over Lake Annecy. Ideal for a romantic getaway or a relaxing break in Haute-Savoie. The studio is located on the 2ndᵉ and top floor.
This charming studio is composed as follows:
Living room:
- Bright living room with lake view
- High quality double sofa bed
- Dining area with dining table
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, etc.)
- Spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine
- Separate WC
Additional facilities :
Wi-Fi, washing machine, bike cellar, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair available on request.

The flat is ideally located in a quiet area of Sevrier, just 9 minutes' walk from the lake and beach.
- Cycle path along the lake at the foot of the studio.
- Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. 10 minutes' walk away.
Activities :
Go hiking in the Semnoz, cycle along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). Transport :
- Regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15 from Annecy providing easy access to the city centre (approx. 25 min) and nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 1 hour by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.

- Entirely non-smoking accommodation
- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
- We are happy to welcome your pet (dog up to 8 kg), for a supplement of €40. For any special requests (greater weight, second animal, other animal, etc.), please contact us: we will study your request carefully.
On site, you will be given a personal welcome by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Annecy. He or she will show you around the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
