Il giardino è stupendo, così come la posizione a due passi dalla ciclabile e dal supermercato.
La casa seppur accessoriata di tutto punto è trascurata: il tavolo si sta sfogliando lateralmente e si aggangia ai vestiti, la porta del bagno è senza stipite, in bagno non ci sono quasi ganci per appendere gli asciugamani. Il bagno è cieco ma senza ventola di aspirazione, se aperta la porta affaccia direttamente in cucina (grande problema sia per l'umidità dopo la doccia che per gli odori). L'appartamento ha potenzialità ma si vede che è pensato per affittarlo a turisti. Peccato!

L’emplacement au centre ville - studio extrêmement bien agencé Cuisine bien équipée avec possibilité de se faire un café de suite Lit escamotable Salle d’eau avec douche à l’Italienne Jolie terrasse et la rivière qui coule au bout du terrain
Juste un petit détail - le voyant clignotant du compteur linky qu’il faudrait masquer car face au lit Mais c’est vraiment pas grave
