Felt like I was camping.

The beds where not made. the linen and pillows were poor quality. The beds were no comfortable and the heater in the bedroom didn’t work. The kitchen was not well equiped. We stayed in the studio and this was not the same standard as the rest of the property.

Good

Great location for outdoor activities and local visits. Superb view of Mt St Michel from balcony and terrasse. Large and spacious house with fully equipped kitchen - exceptionally well equipped with possibility of bbq. Nice hosts with easy method of access.

The property could have been cleaner - especially with the current Covid concerns. Such a nice property should be better taken care of. Very few indications of what to do and where to go. Would have been nice to have bakery locations etc.

Aussicht top, Sauberkeit flop!

Das Haus besteht aus einem grossen Teil (Hauptteil) und einem etwas kleineren Studio, welches vorher vermutlich eine Garage war. Die Lage ist sehr schön, das Haus hat einen grossen Garten und von dort aus hat man eine direkte Sicht ins Grüne und auf Le Mont Saint Michel. Die Gastgeberin war pünktlich vor Ort und sehr freundlich. Sie ist auf unsere Wünsche nach zusätzlicher Bettwäsche und einem Staubsauger eingegangen.

Nach einem ersten Blick durch das Studio dachten wir, dass die Verschmutzungen mit einem Staubsauger schnell beseitigt wären, weshalb wir uns auf die Unterkunft eingelassen haben. Dies war jedoch ein Irrtum. Es hatte viele Spinnweben und Spinnen in den Ecken, an den Fenstern und Wänden und es hatte sogar eine Spinnwebe in der Bratpfanne. Es sah so aus, also ob die Dusche, das Badezimmer und die Küche gar nicht geputzt worden wären. Die Armaturen waren verkalkt und die Ablageflächen staubig und teilweise verschmutzt. Die Wände waren schmudlig, auch die Treppe ins Obergeschoss war verschmutzt. Wir sind uns nicht sicher, ob die Bettwäsche frisch war, weil sie nicht frisch bzw. komisch roch und fleckig war. Auch noch einem längeren Putzeinsatz haben wir uns nicht richtig wohl gefühlt. Dies führte dazu, dass wir dann einen Tag früher abgereist sind. Bei der Buchung haben wir uns durch die einerseits schöne Lage und andererseits positiven Kommentare Anfangs 2025 in die Irre führen lassen, wobei einige Bewertungen hervorragend ausfielen. Die Vermutung liegt nahe, dass eine umfassende Reinigung diesen Kommentaren vorausging (frühere und spätere Bewertungen entsprachen wiederum unserem Eindruck). Die Ausrüstung in der Küche ist rudimentär. Beispielsweise fehlen Rüstmesser, Schneidebrett, Kochkelle, Flaschenöffner usw. Für eine einfache Küche dürfte die Ausrüstung jedoch genügen, um Menüs zu Kochen jedoch nicht. Wasserkocher und eine Doppel-Elektroherd-Platte ist vorhanden. Mikrowelle ebenfalls.

Emplacement exceptionnel, vue sur le Mont Saint Michel. Accueil chaleureux, lieu tranquille bien situé pour un départ pour la traversée de la baie. Nous avons loué les 2 gîtes pour un rassemblement de 18 personnes, et c’était tout à fait adapté.

Nous avons apprécié la vue sur le Mont Saint Michel. La grandeur du gîte.

Pratiquement tout... Nous nous demandions pourquoi la dame n'était pas là lors de notre arrivée, pour faire l'état des lieux....eh bien nous avons vite compris par la suite! Logement très sale (mouches, toiles d'araignée partout, crottes de pigeons sur un meuble, crasse sur le four, cheveux dans les syphons des douches qui bouchent le vidange de l'eau, mon mari a dû enlever des cheveux qui n' étaient pas pas à nous....................................). Une hôte non présente, juste par téléphone et qui plus est malhonnête, car me soutenait que les taxes de séjours n'étaient pas payées... j' ai dû faire un chèque que j'ai laissé sur place, car la dame n'était pas là. En ayant appelé le service après-vente Booking, l'opératrice m'a bien confirmé que les taxes de séjour étaient bien comprises dans le tarif payé en amont. Télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas dans le salon. Toilettes du bas qui sentaient très mauvais (odeurs de refoulement) Une prise sur deux fonctionnaient... Les prises électriques ne me rassuraient pas du tout au vu de leur ancienneté. Voyant le manque de ménage en arrivant, j'ai commencé mon week-end famille en passant un coup d'aspirateur partout. Les aspirateurs datent de "Mathusalem", et un est cassé au niveau du bouton marche arrêt pas pratique du tout et dangereux. Tarif exorbitant au vu des commodités. J'ai bien sûr fait part à l'hôte par téléphone, que le logement n'était pas propre et je lui ai donné les différents points de mécontentement. Nous faisons tous les ans un week-end famille comme celui-ci. Et il est de très loin le pire de tous. À ne surtout pas refaire!
