Kids loved it – water park, zip lines, and more!

Fantastic first stay at Les Ormes! Staff were great (we’d stayed at another campsite before, so we could compare). We loved the layout and peaceful location of our mobile home, with beds already made and easy contact with KelAir via WhatsApp. Our kids loved the water park, zip lines, and bikes. The small but well-stocked store, nice bar, pizza place, and BBQ area made everything easy. Even in the rain, the indoor pool saved the day!

Checkout before 10 AM could be chaotic, and let’s be honest, cleaning up the whole place (even with most of the work done the night before) with two kids running around isn’t exactly a 15-minute task. Even just one extra hour would’ve been really handy.

Great if your family like swimming pools and lots of activities with other children and their famil.

The mobile home was angled away from the sun so unfortunately we couldn’t benefit from the morning sun to have our breakfast outside. It was under trees which would have been lovely if it was very sunny. But it rained a lot at night which meant it was very noisy.

The positioning of the mobile home and the leak inside perhaps could have been addressed sooner.

GREAT HOLIDAY

We visited as a large family group and had 4 chalets. We had a brilliant holiday; easy to get to from the ferry at St. Malo, lovely chalets all together in a quite spot on the site, loads of fun activities, helpful freindly staff. What's not to love?

The one downside was the linen and towels ( there was none) having camped and caravaned often we are all use to bringing our own however having previously visited this site, with kelair, with tonnes of bedding only to find it fully equipped this time we didn't bother. Unfortunately, on this occasion, there were no sheets or towels. I would expect this to be made clearer, perhaps an email before travel! That said, the team was pretty helpful and sorted out some sheets.

all good camping experience and awesome resort

we book two mobile homes as a group booking as was with friends and one of the mobile homes, much nicer reconditioned compared to the other one, but overall we really enjoyed our stay with kelair and will definitely return.

decor of one of the mobile homes straight out of the 80s. kettles could do with descaling and would prefer a dishwasher to and oven as we bbq most days !

Fab family holiday

Everything about this campsite is great, we enjoyed every minute. The kelair team are fab, really helpful nothing is too much trouble. The caravan was well equiped and in a lovely peaceful spot. The on site entertainment is fantastic we didn't stop, high ropes, pools, pony rides, Brill! The shop on site is a bit pricey but is well stocked and great for daily stuff like bread and milk. For everything else there's a choice of supermarkets a stones throw away. Lots of options for day trips if you can pull the kids away from the site. All in all a fab holiday

We loved it all. Word of warning g check the booking .com directions, we ended up at a random train station 10 miles away. Not the end of the world, we called Kelair and a lovely person (Alison?) Sent us directions and sorted us out.

les hôtes qui nous ont reçu ne parlaient pas un mot de français...car Irlandais !!!! donc accueil très très dur surtout après 2 heures d'attente. On avait rendez-vus à 16 heures, nus avons eu les clés à 18 h 15. Les frais et taxes étaient censés être inclus dans le prix que j'ai payé, mais on m'a demandé 41.72 euros en arrivant ! Donc beaucoup de déception.

Réactivité du personnel KELAIR lors des sollicitations. La localisation du MOBILHOME Les attentions lors de l'accueil avec mise à disposition de THE/CAFE/, La propreté des lieux

Au niveau du DOMAINE DES ORMES, CLUB ENFANT où ils ne peuvent pas aller seul, 10ans, à l'inverse d'autres campings, avec obligation de présence des parents pour faire les activités. Le soir de notre arrivée, restaurant qui refuse le service à 21H05 et indique que tout est éteint, froid .... alors qu'ils avaient beaucoup de monde .... il nous a fallu partir en ville pour trouver un repas pour notre famille de 6 Salle de sport ridicule pour un 5 étoiles .... même pas comparable avec d'autres campings du même standing !
