Come and unwind in Cancale, the charming fishing town on Brittany's stunning Emerald Coast.
Our spacious 265 m² (2,850 sq ft) family home, Villa Cancalune, comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests in a peaceful, bright setting, just a short walk from the seafront and Cancale town centre.
The perfect place to gather with family and friends while enjoying everything Cancale has to offer.
Bedrooms & sleeping arrangements
The house features 6 bedrooms:
Ground floor: 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm / 63"), and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed (the two adult beds are brand new).
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm / 63"), plus an adjoining bedroom with 3 single beds, ideal for children or teenagers.
Lower ground floor: 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm / 63").
Living areas
Enjoy several spacious living areas, including:
A large, welcoming lounge with TV featuring Netflix, Canal+, Disney+ and Prime Video
A generous dining area for shared meals
Multiple bright rooms overlooking the garden, offering plenty of space to relax together or enjoy a quiet moment.
Games room with pool table, foosball table and TV
Sheltered outdoor area, perfect for dining or playing board games in any weather
Deck overlooking the garden, ideal for relaxing or enjoying sunset drinks

Guests have access to the entire house except for two owner-only areas (the boiler room and the garage).
Please note that the fireplace may only be used during December, January and February.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the VRBO rate. Guests are asked to clean the kitchen worktops, oven and BBQ before departure.
Bed linen is not included. It can be rented upon request, subject to availability and advance confirmation. Beds are not made before arrival.
Bath mats, books, comics and a selection of children's games are provided.
Families with young children can use a high chair, a Stokke chair, a baby bath and two travel cots.
Firewood is not provided.

Maximum occupancy is 15 guests, including no more than 10 adults. No additional overnight guests are permitted, except for up to 2 children under the age of 2. Day visitors are not permitted.
Sleeping is not allowed in the basement or on the mezzanine. Additional mattresses are not permitted, existing mattresses must not be moved, and camping or camper vans are not allowed.
Electric vehicles may only be charged using the outdoor Green'Up charging outlet.

A great family base in Brittany
We were blessed with beautiful weather and loved Cancale and the surrounding area. We could walk everywhere, getting croissants in the morning and oysters in the afternoon! We explored the nearby beaches by bicycle. The house is very easy to get to from St Malo and from the airport at Diane’s. The house was perfect perfect for four adult couples and a small child who particular loved the play area and ensuite accommodation to her parents room. Perrine and Jerome were perfect hosts and easy to contact if we needed. The house is well equipped and very comfortable and the table tennis snooker and table football were great. It’s such an easy place to enjoy the charm of the town and area and really relax.

The picture of the living room was very different from the actual room. It had different furniture and arranged differently but not a big issue. Having stayed in many British rental homes we are used to pristine cleanliness. This was a way off what we expected but a flick with a vacuum and a damp cloth soon sorted that out. The house is solid and we'll equipped for a family with young children. Many sleeping options and a very nice wrap around garden with no dangers. Very quiet and peaceful. My only gripe was that we couldn't find the wheelie bin!! Several trips to the recycle point soon sorted that out. All in all a good time was enjoyed by all. Thank you Perrine for all of your kindness.

We stayed here with several other couples/friends. The house was perfect for visiting Cancale on foot, and just spending time together. The kitchens and dining facilities allowed us to prepare great meals for our large group. The games room in the basement was put to good use. Being January we didn’t use the patio/garden facilities but in summer it must be wonderful too. We thoroughly recommend others to stay here.

We were a group of 8 friends who stayed in this accommodation. The amenities were exactly as described and the house was clean and spacious & the outside area was perfect for a large group of people visiting together.
The house was a beautiful French style property and the bedrooms were all a good size and spaced out across the house which allowed people space if they needed it.
The amazing bit about the property was the basement with snooker table and table tennis table, all made spending time with friends so much fun!
The house was walking distance from Cancale where we ate in a lovely restaurant and made some friendly local people. It made out experience to Cancale perfect and we plan to be back next year
