Some construction is started in the neighborhood. During our stay it was no activity, but in case of some works, it is very close.

We enjoyed staying in this comfortable accommodation.

The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped. It was delightfully located in a small hamlet with easy access to the nearby town (Dol de Bretagne) offering an excellent choice of eating facilities.

It was impossible to complain about this accommodation. We liked everything about it. It was spacious and really well thought out. The owner was most helpful in setting us up and seeing to it that we had everything we needed.

The appartment was really cool and spacious. Very nice modern furniture, very clean, the kitchen well equipped. The landlord was nice and friendly. We do not speak French but he could handle the communication in English.

There were only a few things which were not great. 1. Wifi - unfortunately in the upper appartment - practically missing - it was only somehow in the kitchen. The reception was good on the outer terrace but in the rooms upstairs missing completely. We were out on trips most of the time but if someone wants to stay longer in the appartment it would clearly be an issue. The kitchen was really well equipped but for some reason there were no coffee/tea cups larger than for an espresso. Otherwise, great.

L’appartement est très agréable et bien équipé. La situation géographie nommé égal distance du Mont-Saint-Michel et de Saint-Malo. De plus il est dans un petit village au calme, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.

La localisation nous convenait parfaitement pour visiter sur st Malo, le Mont st Michel, Cancale. Le logement est spacieux et confortable.

Un excellent rapport qualité prix

Location à recommander, bien équipée et confortable, d'une grande taille, nous étions 4 (2 couples) et il y a 3 chambres, sans compter les canapés-lits. Chaque chambre est équipée d'une télé, sans compter celle du séjour. La pièce de vie avec sa cuisine ouverte est très grande. Le couchage était confortable et le gîte très propre. L'accueil du propriétaire était très chaleureux et le rapport qualité prix est excellent.

Certaines choses pourraient etre améliorées, mais ce sont des détails : une des casseroles pourrait d'être changée parce qu'elle accroche, la cafetière est à filtre. Et le gîte correspond au premier étage de la maison (il y en a un autre au rez-de-chaussée - qui n'était pas loué lors de notre séjour), il y a donc des escaliers à monter pour y accéder, ce qui peut être bloquant dans le cas de personnes handicapées.
