Quiet, decent base for exploring

Quiet, small site, located within an hour of places to visit. A decent base.

Could do with a bit of tidying around the grounds, a bit of gravel on the driveway in the potholes.

great location, near Mont St Michel kitchen was clean & had all we needed bed was comfortable

Only written in small print that we needed to bring sheets & towels or rent them. Arrived after reception closed without knowing about sheets. Had to book into another hotel for 1 night. Never come across this before with Booking,com and will be making a complaint about it with them. What is the point of booking a bed without sheets? It is a very basic requirement, it is a basic expectation. House was very dated and basic & yet we paid a lot for what we got.

Perfect, cheap and convenient stop off for mint saint michel and set in a beautiful scenery.

Very convenient for seeing Mont Saint Michel and great to have a cafe, and playground area and pool.

You had to pull the bed out and out it back at end of every day - pull out bed- but not too much effort and fine for a couple of nights.

Perfect location for visiting Mont Saint Michel!

Located close to Mont Saint Michel. We rented bikes here and had easy access to a path along the river that took us all the way to Mont Saint Michel! Kitchen equipped with everything you need, just bring your own coffee. Staff is very kind and super helpful!

No towels or bedsheets, so bring your own pillowcases and towels.

The property is somewhat "tired" and needs updating, but it is in a great location.

The pool is great, wasn't open due to a problem on our day of arrival but sorted by the following day and it is a really nice warm pool. The site offers a view of Mt.St.Michel and easy access either along the adjacent cycle track/walking path or by road. The staff are friendly and do their best to help.

On arrival we were very disappointed with the standard and comfort of the accommodation. The property was full of flies and rather grubby. Bedding was damaged. The seating was uncomfortable and again the flies were a constant annoyance. There is an 80 Euro cleaning fee that I opted out of, which is rather extortionate. I had taken photos on arrival and departure, and the place was a lot cleaner when I left than when I arrived. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the property.

pool and location are very good

Pool is very nice. Minigolf and kids playground, we liked it. it is not far from Saint Michael and also calm. we took a car to Saint Micheal parkings- probably 5 minutes, and then took a free bus shuttle. Also supermarket is 5 mins with a car.

the bed in the wall- it blocks door outside when you have it. As we did not want it to close it was inconvenient. also you have to have your own sheets. we had it, but I still do not get this thing

Excellent relaxing place for families super close to st michel le mont!

Everything was lovely and family orientated. Pool was enclosed and heated, playground was great. The kitchen in ou unit was fully stocked with pans, cutlery, etc.

The swimming pool and the yakuzi were great. Mini golf in bad shape. Inside the house there were no salt (or other cooking similars), no napkins, only one roll of toilet paper. We had to pay for renting sheets and towels and this information was not included in booking.com

Exceptional

Great location and facilities, very friendly staff, easy cycle on path to Mont St Michel (20 mins). Cycle hire €7 for half a day. Great supermarket three km away.

Gite quite basic and cheaply decorated. Sofas uncomfortable and had to relax on beds instead. Have to pay extra for bed linen, towels and cleaning. Added a lot to the price if you didn’t bring your own.

Triste circonstance tristement exploitée

Le calme, la beauté des paysages alentour, le Mont St Michel à proximité

Ameublement rococo rappelant M. hulot. La divagation de gros chiens appartenant à un autre locataire. Grand lit à rabattre mais occupant toute la partie salon. Divers équipements défectueux (micro-ondes ne tourne pas, plaque de cuisson ancienne, l'absence de prises dédiées à chaque appareil). Une ponction supplémentaire de près de 200 €, (sur environ 400 € de frais de séjour initial) à la suite du report de quelques jours de notre séjour (sans conséquence pour l'établissement qui n'a loué que trois ou quatre logements pendant notre séjour), notre chienne qui devait nous accompagner étant tombée malade est finalement décédée.

Emplacement à moins de 10 minutes du mont St Michel, à 5 minutes de pontorson et de toutes commodités, marché le mercredi, carrefour market, boulangeries, nombreux restaurants. Sur le site, hébergement spatieux, mini golf inclus pour les enfants, piscine ouverte de 10h à 20h

Agréable séjour

L'emplacement, les espaces extérieurs (jeux pour enfants, minigolf, tennis, terrain de foot), la superbe vue sur le Mont Saint Michel, la piscine qui n'était pas souvent fréquentée donc nous étions souvent seuls. La vue sur le centre équestre et les nombreux chevaux magnifiques, l'amabilité de la personne à la réception. La vue depuis la véranda de notre logement ! Le calme de la résidence.

La vétusté du logement (meubles assez anciens et abîmés, canapé pas très confortable, plaques de cuisson pas très cleans. La propreté des toilettes de la piscine, on retrouvait les mêmes déchets par terre tous les jours donc pas de ménage de fait dans cette partie.

Très bel endroit, bien situé, calme et beaucoup d'activités 😁 le cadre est idéal pour être tranquille et pour y occuper ses enfants, les personnes que j'ai croisé étaient super gentille et très agréable, j'y retournerai c'est sûr car j'ai vraiment plus de positif que de négatif et le prix est très attractif 😍

Un peu de moisissure niveau de la douche, et le petit Divan pas pratique du tout, la table pas évident avec des tout petit. Un petit rafraîchissement au niveau des peintures seraient pas mal, mais ça n'empêche pas d'y loger ou de s'y sentir bien 😊
