the camping showers were okay and the pool

we were meant to be in a proper caravan with cooker sink living room, we were put in an old 1960s/70s caravan with room to stand only no sink or cooker only a microwave, the lift up shelf where the cooker rings would have been were screwed down the blinds were tapped down. the resturant didnt open the bar did but shut at 7pm.

Not a good option for a cold or rainy weater

The day we arrived it was raining and the water was getting inside the tipi. Although it was the beginning of August, it was very cold outside, and the tipi walls didn't give any protection against the wind. The bed mattresses, pillows and duvets were really wet, so they felt very uncomfortable. The tipi looks very old overall and there was a lot of mold on its walls. There was no hot water in the showers and no toilet paper in the WC. We decided not to stay at this place overnight and moved to one of the bed&breakfast properties nearby.

Tents were fine

The extra cost of the sheet and towel hire push-the price of one night stay to the equivalent of a four star hotel. Though the tents were okay, it wasn’t a four star hotel😀 Both the cost of the sheet towel and breakfast behind the cost quoted on Booking.com

Fresh croissant can be ordered for the breakfast. All basic appliances were available.

The chalet was actually a small and basic hut with soft roofing. It may accommodate up to 4 persons but the two bedrooms are hardly any bigger that the 2 person beds. The door could not be shut locked. The camping facilities are very basic.

On arrival at 3pm we couldn't get through the barrier so walked to check In, there was a queue and 1 lady taking deposits/passports and then taking each person to their accommodation, when it was our turn(around 50 mins later) we were told she needed 91euros (which we believed was the deposit) as i had paid on my credit card, she would not take cards and we had no cash, she told us to go to Dol de Bretagne about 15 mins away, while we were there we had a look around which is a beautiful place and travelled back to check in, she then told us she wanted 200euros for deposit, i was fuming and told her to cancel the reservation, she then said she will take the 91 euros as deposit, the children at this point were hungry and we asked for food, no food to be served this eve but yet cooking chips in front of us, the Tipi was very basic but the kids just wanted to swim so we only slept in the Tipi that eve, Toilet block stinks, on check out at 8am next day a French Gentleman said we had to come back at 8:30 when they were open, i told him we have a ferry to catch and i wanted my deposit back, he was very unprofessional saying "this is not a hotel" in French, he walked us over to the Tipi to check it and was moaning that the duvets weren't folded, we asked for 2 croissants but he said we hadn't ordered them so No, got my 91 euros back and left and will defo not return to such a rude unprofessional place

after long discussion with family, maybe we would come back but is big question

we stayed for 2 nights in tent. I was surprised, the tent was clean, next our tent we had plastic table and 2 chairs so for both of us enough. the location was good, beach side it’s about 10 min to walk, Monte -st- Michel to drive about 20-30 min , also small oyster’s village about 15-20 min to drive, we enjoyed eating oysters. we did not spend a long time in camping because we love traveling so we came back just to sleep . they have showers rooms, clean but when you taking the shower need to keep the tape in hand . I would come back maybe for few nights.

the owners do not speak English but they use translator so we could communicate. They asking €200 deposit , we asked what for , they said if you will break something. they have swimming pool but it did not work, basically everything was not too bad

Location is great. Beautiful area.

On arrival I was told I have to pay €50 extra for our stay as we will be checking out very early in the morning and no one will be able to check in what condition we are leaving the property. The lady was explaining it is deposit but when I asked if I will get it back she said no. Place was dirty full of spider webs and no soaps or toilet paper not mentioning sanitisers. Absolutely awful experience.

Endroit à fuir. Vétuste et accueil déplorable. Mauvais patrons

Heureusement pour cet établissement qu'il est placé près du Mont Saint-Michel et dans une région très touristique car sinon il n'y aurait pas grand monde.

J'avais réservé une nuitée en tente (fournie) sur Booking et payé pour mon fils de 9 ans et moi. J'ai appelé après avoir fait plus de 6 h de route alors que j'allais arriver au camping pour signaler mon arrivée et là on me dit qu'on ne peut pas me recevoir car il y a eu une double réservation. Personne désagréable au téléphone, zéro empathie. Ne pouvant trouver un autre hébergement le jour même dans un tarif à peu près identique j'ai insisté. On m'a raccroché au nez j'ai donc rappelé encore insisté. on m a alors dit d'aller jusque Saint-Malo à Decathlon pour acheter une tente et qu'à ce moment-là peut-être qu'ils me recevront. N'ayant pas vraiment le choix, Je fais donc de la route supplémentaire aller retour st malo puis reviens au camping. Et là je découvre un endroit vétuste d'une part et d'autre part je suis outrée d'être si mal reçue et que personne ne soit désolé ni de la double réservation ni du fait que je doive acheter une tente à mes frais juste pour une nuit (49e en plus). Le patron m'a ironiquement dit "alors heureuse?" Parce qu'il considére que je devais l'être car il me recevait tout de même. il m a demandé de mettre absolument un avis positif sur Booking en échange. Je lui ai répondu que j'avais besoin de faire retomber le stress et que ce n'était pas plaisant la façon dont cela se passe. Soudainement il a vriller, il s'est mis dans une colère noire, tapé du poing sur la table, comme un fou. il m'a même insulté à plusieurs reprises et le tout devant mon fils de 9 ans. Lorsque je lui ai dit de se calmer et de faire attention au vocabulaire devant le petit il m'a vociféré encore plus dessus en disant que je n'avais qu'à pas faire d'enfant. Il a aussi dit que si je n'étais pas une femme il y a longtemps qu'il m'en aurait mis une dans la gueule, je cite.

Lors de mon arrivée j'ai été accueilli avec une sacré ambiance. Très mal aimable a regarder de haut. Jai réservé pour une nuit une tente.... parlons pas de la propreté des tentes (poils partouts) elles ressemblent aux douches et WC. La piscine n'est pas ouverte .... bref je ne reviendrais pas.

Je n'ai pas apprécié qu'on me demande 1 caution de 200 euros pour 1 tente!!! N'ayant ni chéquier ni espèces, Mme a accepté mon permis de conduire en guise de caution. Au vu des autres commentaires, je pense qu'on a eu de la chance d'être accueillies par Mme et non son conjoint !! Sanitaires tres vieillots et pas pratiques!!! Il faut tirer sur 1 chaîne pour avoir de l'eau!! Sur leur site, cest indiqué "installations modernes" Piscine agreable mais non chauffée et verte dans les angles. Pas de snacks alors que sur leur site il y est décrit bar snack convivial 20 euros la location des draps pr 1 nuit!! Petit déjeuner mitigé : j'aurai préféré du pain frais au pain de mie, et des confitures maison On est quand même dans un domaine!!

Der Pool und es ist nicht weit vom Dorfkern entfernt.

Kein Klopapier, 50€ für 4x Bettwäsche (alt und ecklig) und Handtücher. Totaler Wucher und wir mussten es selber be- und abziehen. Die Zelte und Wohnwagen sind super alt und schmudelig. Man musste 50€ Kaution zahlen. Fraglich für was. Der Besitzer war super unfreundlich.

Mauvaise expérience

Nous avions réservé un Tipi, lors de notre arrivée nous nous sommes vu imposé un mobilhome d’un autre temps….dont la propreté laissait à désirer. Nous n’avons pas eu notre mot à dire. On nous a imposé de donner un cheque de caution alors que cela n’était indiqué nulle part. Quand j’ai essayé de comprendre pourquoi, on m’a un peu envoyé balader…

Je dois me débrouiller pour remboursement ! - tipi toile intérieure moisie sur les 2/3 superficie. - certaines lattes au sol non fixées : risques sérieux de blessure aux pieds. - literie très moyenne. - 4 WC sur 10 dispos les autres fermés...

Urinoirs fermés avec sac poubelle par dessus 1 seul en service Bref je me demande comment sont attribuées les étoiles? Aucun contrôle de booking ? Publicité mensongère de leur part également

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la convivialité et la gentillesse des gérants, on retrouve l’esprit du camping, les installations sont très propres.

Je n’ai pas de point négatif en particulier car j’y ai trouvé ce que je cherchais. Attention néanmoins a certains restaurateur du village, renseignez-vous auprès du gérant pour avoir de bonnes adresses.

Cauchemar à l'Aumône

'Accueil déplorable. Aucun arrangement possible quant à l heure d'arrivée malgré l'exception de la demande pour pouvoir assister à un mariage ! Nous n'avons pas pu dormir dans ce bungalow en toile et bois car la chaleur y était ettoufante dès 15h. Tout était resté ouvert. Difficulté à fermer à clé. Du coup pas possible d'y laisser des affaires personnelles. Et le comble, pas de code d'accès pour y rentrer de nuit avec la voiture les bagages et les bébés. Impossible d'y dormir !! A 99 euros la nuit c'est un scandale. Sans parler de la menace des propriétaires, d'annuler notre réservation en plein we du 14 juillet si nous n'étions pas content ! Un cauchemar. Mais où sont les 3 étoiles de ce camping ? Plus que déçus.
