Incredible place to stay with your other half

The property is very clean and in the center of Rouen. The place is lovely. The Jacuzzi is incredible. The fake fireplace is charming. The mirrors above the bed makes the place very sexy.

The apartment is on the first floor. Despite the double glazing of the windows, you can still hear people that are outside. The windows give on a restaurant.

Clean, nice bubbly bath and kitchen

Check in was only after 17.00, which is quite late and I should have checked. And when we got there the (very loud) washing machine was on a program for three more hours. Quite noisy because of the downstairs location.

Pleasant

Getting te keys was super easy, and was really free to collect them from the lockbox. The location of the propperty is superb! Also the jaccuzi is really nice for relaxing.

The communication with the host is only in french, this makes communicating a bit harder than necessary. There is also a security deposit to be paid only trough PayPal this wasn't really clear to me at time of booking, this would be much better if booking handled the deposit, so you don't have to wire over money trough PayPal. The apartment was really clean but wen we arrived the bathrobes and towels were still very wet and there was still laundry spinning in the washing machine. Also the shower was splashing more water around the place than it was a nice rain shower.

Charming and romantic smaller apartment superbly located in walking distance to all central points of interests of sightseeing. Though on ground floor, no discretion- or noice-problems. Very easy access. Nicely furnished bathroom with spa and romantic effects.

Technically breakfast was included, but everything pre-wrapped in plastic with long expiration dates. The apartment had no cub-boards, shelves or any installments for storing clothes nor in the toilet for toilet articles and therefore posed a constant challenge. The kitchen was scarcely furnished and seating facilities for eating was at a minimum.

La douche qui fuit et qui inonde la chambre, le plafonnier qui ne fonctionne pas et qui clignote en rouge, la propreté de la baignoire douteuse, les oreillers inconfortables, le jacuzzi impossible à éteindre…

L'emplacement vraiment central de la ville. Rue piétonne et cependant très calme en raison de la qualité des isolations des fenêtres

Le studio est très bien équipé avec une grande baignoire à remous pour 2 personnes. Emplacement idéal en centre ville Très propre

L'emplacement et le fonctionnement de la boite à clef à revoir. La température de l'eau de la baignoire à remous mériterait quelques degrés supplémentaires Chauffage à améliorer Bien qu'au mois d'avril nous avons eu froid dans le studio malgré le sèche serviette très efficace Le lit grince beaucoup ce qui est rédhibitoire pour un studio à vocation intime

Très agréable

Le logement est très bien situé, dans un coin sympathique du centre ville, proche de toutes commodités. C'est propre, cuisine bien équipée et bien décoré, mais c'est sans aucun doute le coin balnéo qui m'a convaincu de réserver. A ce propos, je n'ai pas été déçu, ça a été agréable, même s'il manquait d'eau chaude pour se doucher et prendre le bain.

J'aurai aimé avoir accès à des coussins et des rangements supplémentaires.
