The location and it is adequate accommodation for an overnight.

No information about arrival leading to a very stressful experience. No answering of messages via the booking.com app - these were completely ignored. No advice or info about parking and no accurate detail about parking near a church. Mostly, entirely misleading and inaccurate information regarding the property which I will report to booking.com There is no 24 hour desk, no wellness centre, no view of the lake, no connection with a marina. It is a central, convenient and spacious apartment which would do be describing itself as an authentic Italian stay in central Verbania. Not helped by little inconveniences like a chipped mug, unwashed mug back in cupboard and no kettle. It is adequately equipped but there was no willingness to answer messages and no extras - a coffee machine but no coffee, a few tea bags but no kettle. We used the hob but it was not easy to keep the hob lit. If advertised honestly it would be ok as it’s a nice enough flat and easy to walk from. But with no info, no reply to messages and it being impossible to drive to the location address it was a stressful stay.

Marina appartment b&b.

What we liked was that the apartment was very nice, clean, and well-maintained, especially because it had air conditioning. It was only for one night and we have four children, but everyone slept well and peacefully in comfort. Piazza Pasque is nearby ( 2 steps) and there is a bakery ! (very handy)!

Finding the apartment wasn't easy. Apparently, there are two streets with the same name in the municipality, and gps" Waze" took us to the wrong one. It would be helpful if the owner could point you to another street nearby for easier access. Parking is also a problem; the nearby municipal playground is an alternative ;)

No proper communication on key collection and we went around few times and finally have to ask restaurant nearby to help. Bad attitude in communication. I also run apartment through Booking.com and I reach out to guest in whatsapp and or through booking.com messaging to communicate clearly on key collection No lift and carrying baggage by stairs was a pain and not clearly stated/let known during booking

The apartment is clean and in a good location, perfect for a short stay. For the price I paid I would stay again despite the short comings below.

Check in time was not at 11am as per the email, it is only at 1pm. Property description is wrong. No free parking (called the host but call was not answered, also no information inside the apartment about the parking). No 24 hour reception. Only one bathroom. No city view, only view on the neighbours balcony. No sound insulation at all. You can actually hear the next door neighbours talking and snoring at night. Apartment must have undergone a facelift recently, however the workmanship is poor. The shower head placing is very high, not reachable for children or small people, can not be adjusted lower. Mould in the bathroom. Toilet does not flush properly, must be pushed hard a couple of times to flush. Water pressure in bathroom weak. Poor paint job. The wiring and location of the light switches do not make sense. Dishwasher does not work properly. The apartment door is difficult to lock and unlock as the key is strange. Floor is cold, some carpets would make the place more cozy. Kitchen is big, but not suitable for family meals (for breakfast ok). Only one bin in the whole apartment (a small one in the kitchen). Water boiler is extremely small, good for one person only. Photos are misleading, I assumed that the apartment is part of a complex with the beach & pool and restaurant as seen on the pictures. It is a single apartment in apartment block in a residential area.

Great apartment, great location. Recommended.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet location, but close to the restaurants and bars etc. Clean, well equipped, and tastefully decorated, we were very impressed and enjoyed our brief stay here.

Our only, (minor) criticisms, are that the towels were a bit rough and that there wasn't a toaster provided, but neither of these would put us off staying here again.

Good with some caveats potential guests need to know

Apartment is roomy with 2 adult sleeping rooms, which is a rarity in Italy in its price class. Cooking facilities were good, as well as the good bathroom. We were welcomed with prosecco and cake :-) Location is strategically close to the lake, 15 minutes walking from free gravel beach (water was nice!). Apartment is 1 hour drive from Macugnaga, the highest wall of Europe (east flank of Monte Rosa massif). Popular bakery is very close.

Located in the middle of old part of Verbania (Palanza) where people are more openly living, meaning noise until very late and very early. Although there is free private parking, its on the small side where a golf class car can barely be parked (we didn't dare with bmw 1). There was no air conditioning and was too warm during our stay 12th june until 16th of june. We could barely sleep because of that. There is only view on other apartments very close, no view on the lake.

J'ai réservé cet appartement pour les 3 chambres annoncées dans BOOKING mais il n'y a réellement que 2 chambres et ça nous a mis dans l'embarras ...et notre interlocuteur n' a jamais répondu à nos messages ...de plus, dans une rue sombre ...très déçus

Top Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft liegt versteckt in einem engen Gässchen im altern Teil Verbanias, sauber und modern eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Seeufer sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar, ein tolles Restaurant befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. Die Fähre nach Laveno ist ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe.

Trotz vorher angekündigter Ankunftszeit bekamen wir keinen Schlüsselcode und telefonisch war niemand erreichbar. Dank der Unterstützung von Booking.com konnte dann eine Stunde später doch der Kontakt hergestellt werden.

Anders als auf booking.com beschrieben, gab es nur 2 Schlafzimmer. Der Code für den Schlüsselsafe wurde erst auf Nachfrage geschrieben, als wir bereits vor verschlossenen Türen standen.

Carino ma potrebbe presentarsi molto meglio ,basta poco !

Buona posizione, vicino al centro al lungolago e a tutti i servizi ,,appartamento arredato bene ,moderno.

A noi e' dispiaciuto trovare un appartamento con delle mancanze che si potrebbero colmare con niente ,piccolezze che vanno a rivedere il nostro giudizio finale , mancavano tovagliette per la colazione e tovaglia per il pranzo ,abbiamo dovuto mangiare con gli asciugamani ..mancava il panno per asciugarsi le mani in cucina ,spugne, scootex ,un tappetino fuori dalla doccia,un minimo di detersivo dei panni ,o qualche cialda per il caffè ,non dico di averne 40 ma un gesto simbolico di 3 come gentilezza ,in altri appartamenti si trovano altrimenti tanto vale togliere la macchinetta .. Coperchi delle pentole non proprio puliti bene ,macchie calcare si notavano .. Parcheggio nota dolente ,se ne trovate uno nei dintorni un consiglio non spostate piu l auto si rischia di dover girare per ore .. Il nostro augurio che possa migliorare l alloggio e possa presentarsi meglio per i futuri turisti .

Ligging centraal in Verbania, goed gelegen in het centrum. Goede communicatie met host. Compleet appartement.

Visto che c'è la macchinetta del caffè... Avrei messo una cialda e una bottiglietta d'acqua x ospite come benvenuto... Come anche un piccolo bagnoschiuma... Come trovato ovunque sia andato... In un periodo caldo come questo, una sola aria condizionata nella zona giorno non è sufficiente a raffreddare le stanze.... Ho sofferto un po' il caldo...

Gut für eine Durchreise.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön aber.. das Haus ist in einer dunklen Gasse. Die Fenster sind gut mit Gardinen verdeckt sonst hätten die Nachbarn wirklich rein schauen können. Für eine Nacht echt ganz gut. Ganze Woche würde ich jedoch da nicht verbringen wollen. Und es gibt keine Terrasse oder Balkon wo man sich zu viert hinsetzen könnte.

Die Lage ist leider schlecht.
