Casa Ola Villa Pererenan

Our 2 families had a fun time staying together at Casa Ola. We loved the layout of the house and the large pool and garden. The staff were fantastic- we felt very special being so warmly greeted at the gate each time we arrived home! The kitchens were well equipped and great breakout spaces for everyone to spend time together.

The quiet the location near the beach without lots of bogan tourist. Lots of space to relax. The Kilo restaurant two minutes away on foot was divine food.

nothing really

Great house close to Canggu beach and lots of restaurants closeby. Fantastic pool and space for a big group. 6 bedrooms 6 ensuite and spare toilet. 4 in main house 2 in pool house. Spa Carla down the street was fantastic. Massages are great. Don't bother with nails or hair there though.

Theft - we lost money three times across the 10 days. It wasn't much but staff clearly took it. Noise - burrito bar out front cranks music from 7am!!! It's loud. Rooftop bars are til midnight but you expect that. No reason why music at 7 is needed. Sweeping also starts at 7 not 9. Dogs barking at 5. It's much noisier than staying in a resort. Traffic - is tough getting in and out of the area Beach pollution - kids didn't surf as beach is pretty dirty just fyi No dishwasher- there's no dishwasher so staff were doing dishes then suddenly stopped. Inconsistent cleaning. Sometimes beds sometimes towels. Either install a dishwasher and say no cleaning or do basic dishes beds and towels each day. They offered to be really helpful but didn't really follow through and it was an issue to get things followed up

We liked the location as it was close to the beach, it did get busy at sunset though. Felt secure, the pool was a great size. Not too much noise from the 24 hour cafe next door.

The villa does need a bit of love. The drains in the small villa weren’t working the best after you had a shower, and the timber could do with a paint. Also our rooms weren’t made up unless we asked for it - not an issue for us but some might think this is included.
