poor. Staff were lovely though.

The staff were very tentative and kind.

The villa is in an area where power outages are prone. First night power went out at 11pm didn’t come back on until 12pm the next day. I had to stay elsewhere because there was no; aircon, insect repellent, wifi or cell tower reception. Also to order a ride on grab or gojek you have to walk 100m down the street to the nearest pick up point. If power outages are a common occurrence that’s fine, but to not preface that especially when the accommodation is non refundable under any circumstances is absurd. I didn’t even stay there 1 night out of the 3 I had booked.

Our stay was adequate and effective.

The staff were excellent and very kind, they were good at communicating.

The pool was dirty as it had a lot of grime, mold and dirt in the bottoms, corners and edges. The pool also smelt bad which was a shame as we love to relax by the pool! You are also close to clubs so music kept us up at night.

Close to La Brisa beach club and a short ride to nice cafes

The villa is a short walk from La Brisa beach club. It was very convenient. We stayed for 3 nights and we were able to choose a different breakfast option everyday. The receptionist and team are very helpful. The only thing to note is that you might have to walk a bit to the gojek pick up point, however this applies to all villas in the same area not just La numas. It’s only a short walk and they drop you off right at the villa. Only pick up isn’t allowed by the Balinese regulations.

Small oasis near Echo Beach

Cute small villas with a lot of greens. It’s just a couple of minutes walk to echo beach. Staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is very tasty. Warm thanks to villa manager Arya for all the support during my stay!

Excellent villa, right near the beach (2 minute walk), perfect for a surfing or relaxing holiday

The villa was so beautiful and clean, the air con was ice cold and it totally beat our expectations. The pool was perfect, big enough to cool down in. The villa inside was decorated so tastefully, all glass doors looking out on the garden, rest areas and pool. Upstairs the 2 king size bedrooms were huge! Everything you needed and each room had the biggest bathroom ever. Very well lit, private from anyone looking in and we just loved it. Also a great selection of ice cold drinks on arrival, and then the Villa Team top up every day if you wanted. There was a great massage place very nearby which we highly recommend (Kristina), plus loads of restaurants and Bars. Sunsets was a favourite for obvious reasons, but it was slightly higher than the beach, so you got good views and a lovely breeze,

Great staff and hospitality but poor upkeep of facility

We loved the hospitality, the staff were amazing and attentive.

Rooms had no amenities such as toothbrush, bedroom slippers and soap and shampoo had a diluted feel, bathtub and floor had white stains, toilet had stains. Room and villa had a run down feel to it and the pool area was rather dusty, which could have been from the construction outside

Private pool, Netflix TV, strong wifi connection, incredible location, amazing staff, room service, comfortable huge bed, privacy, fridge with refreshed bottled water daily, kettle, towels for pool and shower, hair dryer, air conditioning, the list goes on - we had the best day and cannot wait to come back again! The villa was lovely and felt private, with our own pool and outdoor area to relax. AWESOME location- an easy 100m walk to the main beach and restaurants. Massage place, convenience store, chemist and money exchange at the end of the driveway. We could easily stroll everywhere and didn't need to get on a bike or get a driver for day to day activities. Our package included breakfast which was delicious and offered a choice of cooked, asian, smoothie bowl etc. Highly recommend La Numa Villas.

Our room had a broken shower head- luckily there were two shower heads, so we could still use one.

Staff is amazing, so kind and always helpful. Rooms was perfectly clean, and comfortable. Large rooms, also garden with pool. 3 minutes walk from La Brisa beach club and market as well. I recommend it for sure!!! Also cocktails in villa are great!

Enjoyable, we felt very welcome!

Wonderful little villa, with a heavenly bed! I also loved the ceiling-fans so we could switch off ac, but still have a breeze. The staff was SO kind and caring. The girls at the reception were SO sweet. The breakfast was delicious - loved the fact that you could choose up front each day, so there wasn’t a buffet with a lot of wasted food. Would definitely recommend this place. Easy that shops, restaurants and spa was close by. And the beach was just a 5min walk.

Shout out to Arya Sursana and team for making our stay at Canggu a pleasant and homely one. A short walk out to the right takes us to the friendly hustle + bustling life of canggu and a shorter walk to the left takes us to a beautiful beach to watch the sunset. Thank you arranging a birthday cake for my wife too.

the toilet had a sewerage smell when we used it upon check in, but the team was quick to rectify the problem.

Pleasant enough but needs a lot of work.

Nice big villa with a lovely pool. The pool table was a fun addition.

Rooms were dated, smelly and felt unclean. All the bedrooms (3 of) sheets were grey and dirty, our bedroom was infested with mosquitoes when we arrived so we had to fumigate our bedroom. Our bedroom also didn’t have any curtains so we spent an entire night with an outside fluorescent light burning our eyes whilst we tried to sleep. When we asked the night reception about this they said it turns off at 9am in the morning nothing he could do. We also couldn’t sleep in the mornings due to the sun in the bedroom… Very unusual not to have curtains and this really strained our experience. Overall the villa felt like a haunted old house that no one had stayed in a long time. Unusual to have fully functioning kitchen with no equipment in the kitchen other than a couple of teacups and saucers.

Perfect relaxing week away in an amazing location.

Very friendly staff, very welcoming every time we entered or needed anything. The property was tucked away which was quiet and peaceful. The room was big with a large bathroom looking out onto our own private pool which was amazing!

It felt a little rundown, it was not bad but it could have done with some new sheets and a bit of a paint.
