It was a nice stay!

The location was very good and the rooftop had a nice view and good facilities. The apartment was clean and big! The atmosphere was friendly thanks to Indra and Manik who offered us very good service.

Great place for two or three days

The location was incredible! The gym is usable and the pool upstairs was pretty nice.

There’s absolutely no view from the room! You open up the door and literally see a concrete retainer wall that you can touch from your balcony. If you’re not in your room or on the roof, then the property feels undervalued.

Not enough/ big enough bins, no room service phones, horrible bathroom doors that make really loud sqeaking noises that wake up the whole apartment at night, steps of people in the upstairs of appartment echo MASSIVELY through the appartment.

Room was excellent, facilities great. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the room, we are travelling around Bali, so it gave us a great chance to catch up on cleaning everything.

The property is going to be great. We were warned after our cancellation period was up that there are works taking place and we might have some uncomfort. That was works by the pool area - which is a major feature of the property. And a demolition site behind our balcony. Every cupboard and drawer is empty, and you must call reception if you want anything … literally knives and forks, washing powder for the machine 👎🏽

Needs alot of improvement

Great swimming pool, very friendly and helpful staff, filtered water machine (hot and cold). Good air conditioning. Good tv.

I’m aware the hotel is new and they are still making changes and maintenance ect. However the walls had mould, the staircase hand rail was not safe. The room also had rust. The downstairs toilet smelt very bad. There was a lot of noise from other rooms and you could hear the people in the room above walking around and going to the toilet. The towels were dirty. The shower took 5+ minutes to even start to get warm.

Extremely happy and a wonderful stay and I will absolutely return to the same property when I’m back in the area

Perfect location very clean and modern and the staff were all wonderful. They have also opened a new Day spa on the rooftop terrace, which is a wonderful addition to the property Putra on the reception desk could not have been more helpful. He’s very friendly very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for him. He even helped me order some online shopping from his personal application as I didn’t have access to do so on my phone. He is a very big asset to the hotel and genuinely a lovely person.

Nothing but the hotel can control but there is a little bit of construction next door which does give a little bit of noise during the day but nothing that’s going to impact on your overall experience.

Super easy. Front desk WhatsApp me to double check my arrival time when I was 15 minutes late to check-in at 0215 and were ready for when we arrived. Location is amazing. Any help required from the staff was speedily provided.

There were lots of bath towels provided but please change the hand towels/bathmats more often; might just be a soft open situation

I really liked my stay here. Felt safe, it was clean, nice atmosphere, location location location, and the rooftop pool

As a solo female traveler I liked that it was right in the heart of shops & restaurants etc and I felt safe there, no dark streets or alley ways just down the driveway and you’re there. Breakfast incl was good. Staff were nice and very pleasant.

Fantastic stay at Aster apartment, location was in close proximity to everything, beach , restaurants , bars , great location in Canggu , great facilities in the apartment with gym/sauna And rooftop restaurant and pool . Great facilities and special mention to the staff who were exceptional from start to finish especially Alit who collected us from the airport. He went above and beyond for us throughout our stay . Will definitely come stay here again

What we didn't like is that in the middle of the night rats were running around on the ceiling between the apartment and the 4th floor which was very loud and I hate rats

Five stars. Excellent.

What a delight! My apartment was so comfortable and spacious. The modern in suite amenities--water purification, washer and dryer, and the world's most amazing automatic toilet seat--made for a great value. The apartments are set back from the street to avoid the noise of bars, etc, but as central as central can be. Easy walk to the beach. Restaurants and boutiques everywhere. And the people at the front desk were always super friendly and helpful, offering free detergent, a free wifi extender in the bedroom, and calling me a driver every morning.

It was super clean when we arrived. Everything was perfect. We have 0 complaints. Never had any insects which was great!, the cleaners came in everyday and made sure our room was spotless for us we really appreciate that!🙂

Great location and walking distance for the family.

When the place is up and running and everything is done (swim up bar etc) this place will be even better than what it already is!! Nice comfortable rooms with a sofa bed in the living area nd the comfy bed upstairs in the loft. Restaurant on the roof and on the other side the pool. Such lovely and friendly hospitable staff! Washing machine and dryer in the room too which was an absolute bonus! A walk away from anything u could need too, salons, markets, restaurants, you name it! We absolutely loved our stay here and will return again! We also got half board so our breakfast and dinners were always catered too and absolutely delicious! We cant thank the staff enough.

The internet connection in our room to our TV kept disconnecting and wouldn't stream anything. Our other two rooms the internet was fine.

The pool and gym are very good and I think there building a sauna.

Unfortunately there was building work still going on as its just opened. However this place has the potential to be a very good place to stay and I've already booked for later in the year.

Bad experience for us.

Great location walk to everything in Canggu & staff seemed nice. Rooms are ok looks modern but unfinished & rusty. Construction going on both sides of the hotel didn’t bother us as we were out during the day and well we were awake when they started anyway due to being woken up and no sleep.

Didn’t sleep a wink! Ended up leaving and getting another place to stay. The waste water pipes you can hear loudly from apartments around & above. We requested a room at the end (we are nightshift construction workers) we got ground floor first room right next to reception and outside construction site. Could hear everyone coming into reception.

Here is my review I’m giving this place a 4 star The price and location and staff are great However the place isn’t fully built yet -the lights switch was faulty it kept sparking -it’s says view (but my balcony goes out onto a work site -and gym isn’t built yet it’s a room with a Pilates bed in it that still needs work The website glamourises it -funky sewage smell everywhere especially the rooms -just some dirtyness from when it was built I assume But it wasn’t a bad hotel atall and once fully built will be a really good spot How lovely the staff are made it 4 star

Perfect location to Canngu & the beach, very easy to walk everywhere. Apartment is lovely, was expecting a washing machine but it wasn’t clear that we didn’t book that. Enjoyed the breakfast, small selection though & pool was nice and clean.

Terrace and breakfast were nice. Room is really big, the electrical tools were in good condition and almost new( even toilet :)) main street is just 2-3 minutes by walking. Washing and dryer machine saved life ☺️

Construction is still on going, we stayed in the last room which was ready. Internet connection was very bad but we call them and they added rooter, it solved. Door was not close very well, we called reception and someone fixed it quickly.
