Ignore the Bali hype, other areas of Southeast Asia offer better tourism experiences.

The two pool areas were nice and well kept. The location was solid for that area, but overall I can't say I recommend Bali as a destination.

The room cleanliness and level of comfort/maintenance was frankly, quite poor. Even the soap dispensers were in poor repair. The bed was rather uncomfortable. I had spent the prior two weeks in Thailand (Phuket) and Cambodia (Siem Reap), so my stays in those areas are my primary basis for comparison. Both of those destinations offered a more authentic experience with similar levels of overall cost and accommodation.

Large bungalow in central location

Central location in Canggu, yet set back from the road and very quiet. Beautiful swimming pool. Beds were very comfortable. Very spacious bathroom.

The bathroom could do with some work to minimise marks of humidity on walls.

Lovely gardens and minimal street noise thanks to the walls. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Staff were helpful

While perfectly OK the room will need a refresh in the next year or so. Mentioned this to the owner and he said they are planing a refurbishment in the next low season. A small bar fridge would also be a good idea.

Lovely setting and very relaxing

Fantastic location, set back off road so quiet. We had the presidential suite so enjoyed the 2 separate bedrooms plus lounge area. Gardens beautiful

Toilet seats need replacing very old and bathroom could do with a bit of an upgrade. Had to ask staff each day for pool towels would be nice if these were supplied automatically. Service was a bit slow.

Never again - Terrible- Disgusting old & moldy

Location only - Never again.. Worst shared villa EVER

The photos used were taken over 15 yrs ago! The place was nothing like the photos.. The pool was moldy on the bottom my kids refused to use it. Worst 4 days and worst villa I ever went to. I visited Bali 8 times and this is sooooo bad. Never again. No kitchen facilities no tea/ coffee and it’s shared villa so no privacy. My teenagers wanted to tan but couldn’t cause people were entering often. The fridge mouldy couldn’t put food in if cause soo stinky. The lounge area is shared. NO HOT water in room # 2 .. The other room hot water cuts off after 15 min. No hot tub as stated. Breakfast included isn’t worth it. This should be 1 Star place. No basket for floating breakfast doesn’t exist. Staff very nice & laundry sent was returned clean but nothing else. Never again.. sooo smelly

Beautiful garden, excellent location

Location is excellent, landscape of the garden and swimming pools are beautiful. The villa is designed beautifully. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Only downside is bathroom is a little bit dated and shelves and bathroom surface was a little worn out. The fridge is shared. I kept yogurt and butter and yogurt went missing...

Perfect Stay in Canggu!

The location was excellent. We liked that it was a smaller complex. We loved the pool. The property had a generator and air conditioning. The rooms were fairly spacious. The restaurant next-door was very convenient thank you.

We would have preferred a desk and chair in the room.

The bathroom needed minor refurbishment. New toilet or remove stains and replace seat. Replace or repair taps. Only one working. Remove stain from bath. Clean windows. Replace broken window glass pane. New mirror. Intensive clean of floor tiles.

Excellent Location, Loved The Radian Villas

Excellent location, in the heart of all the action we really enjoyed our time here. Staff were helpful and friendly and the villas, pools and ground’s were cleaned daily and kept in excellent condition.

WiFi was hot and cold but not the villa’s fault all of Canggu was bad with connectivity

Great place I would come back to

Great location, so quiete and so near to great restaurants, cool shops. It is not in megabussy part of the city which is great. 5 min walk to the beach. I realised late they have a community fridge at reception. Pool is very nice and the garden well curated, so you start your days with such a nice view.

Not only here but in all Bali, they have different standards for bathroom cleanliness, different than european ones.

It was a great location close to the beach and tons of restaurants and bars. It was really quiet during the day if you want to relax by the pool. The staff was extremely nice and made my stay even more comfortable.

There is a some noise at night from the restaurants if you go to bed early but it’s a lively town so I’m sure you’d get that elsewhere.

The two bedroom Radian Villa was excellent.

Location!

Great location, close to shopping, cafes/restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

On arrival we were informed that The Radian Villa had only just re-opened post Covid-19. There was a lot of maintenance being completed and unfortunately only one pool was open for use. The rooms were clean enough however for the cost we expected a bit more.

Pleasant

the location of the hotel was great. it was not far to the beach and many restaurants were close by the hotel. The staff was very friendly and always tried their best. the villa was spacious.

we rented a standard villa and got a small room behind the reception. after we complained we were told we couldn't have another room because they were booked. An hour later we were suddenly shown four other rooms. Some of these were still under construction, or right on the street at a noisy bar. The room we chose was very nice and corresponded to what we booked. However, before we wanted to move in, we were told that this was an upgrade and would cost almost twice as much. we decided to move in and paid the difference. the complex, including the garden and pool, was a construction site and construction workers ran around all day. The room had only one lamp and no refrigerator. the bathroom and especially the shower are past their best. The WiFi worked very poorly in the room. our door didn't lock properly. our recommendation: when the hotel is finished, it will be an oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Canggu. but when we were there it wasn't worth the money.

Very good

It was a very good stay at the Radian Villa Canggu. The rooms are very nice. Location is very good, walking distance to the beach and various good restaurants. We had a minor shower issue (no hot water), after which the staff arranged an upgrade for us. The staff is very nice, Dadang and Ferdinand were very helpful and kind.

The bar across the street has very loud music that keeps you up until early hours of morning if you're staying in the rooms close to the gardens entrance:( Bathroom needs updating and maintaining better Bed isn't comfy
