Absolutely nothing, I haven’t even put a step on the room, it was the worst hotel I’ve ever saw. Dirty, poor forniture, an absolut SCAM. The hotel did not match what was advertised in the photos Booking.com: mold on the walls, very poor forniture, really low quality standards . They were not keen to refound me even If I haven’t checked in. This place should be reported. Disgusting. They ruined my day.

I wouldn’t recommend this villa

Unfortunately when we arrived the room smelled strongly of damp it look unclean the bathroom flooded when it rained the people didn’t understand any English so made communication difficult we had to move accommodation in the end (booking.com have tried to contact the property but they don’t answer)

Yes it’s near the beach. Nothing else.

Only good thing about that place is the Villa staffs that are working there. Who’s honest & tried to help with whatever they could to make my family & I feel comfortable. Mr Andre, drove us around for free as he felt bad for us. Kudos to the Villa staff.

Bookings were not as per seen in photos. Contacted the owner regarding it , just brush us off. Didnt even tried to accommodate to us. No other options were even provided. Pool has poor lighting. Toilets were kinda run down. Door locks were broken, couldnt even shut the door. Didnt sleep well. Booked for 3 nights but ended up checking out after 1 night. No refunds either.

Cute, comfy, cosy and queue

Firm but comfy bed. Cute little studio villa in a quiet area. It’s a little bit tucked away from the rest of Canggu but easily walkable to restaurants and roads or taking a bike.

Location was good. Property was built in a good way but however not well maintained at all. It was very dirt with mold and grasses not trimmed. Swimming pool was dirty. Bath area was rusty . Only thing better was breakfast and coffee. Even though they replied to message on time but apart from that it felt like we were somehow giving them trouble by staying there. Even though we were only people staying in the entire property. There were trash and dirt everywhere outside around entrance area. Through our stay. We felt it could have been managed and taken care of .🫤

Many things we didnt like. It was not worth the money. With that amount of money you can get lot more better villa in. bali. It felt like a scam. And we always had to remind them about our breakfast which was included in our booking .

Great! I would go again and I recommend it for anyone.

Great location, staff were great and the villa was perfect for solo or couple travellers. Walk to the beach every afternoon for sunset drinks at the convenient cafes and restaurants right on the beach.

If I had to be picky, the bathroom plumbing can do with some maintenance and the shower water pressure was quite poor but it didn’t worry me too much.

Overall clean, though could be better. Loved the location, just a short walk to the beach for daily Bali sunsets.

Security could be improved like the wooden gate to the villa feels a bit basic. It would also be nice to have one more outdoor seating area and perhaps provide some mosquito coils. On weekends, you can hear music from La Brisa until around 2am, and there’s some nearby construction, but overall it’s manageable.

It was nice to have our own villa near the beach and the bathroom wasn't too bad. This place has potential but as it is now, it does not match the images.

The place smells so strong of black mould, the bathrooms sinks move around which is unsafe, the shower isn't great, there is no reception or villa facilities and it is quite a bit of a walk from the main areas which we didn't mind but it would have been good to know before hand. The bed sheets were ripped/ had holes, the fridge leaked water, and there weren't many plugs in the room (one of them was dangerous to use). The pathways had exposed wires next to puddles of water and cracked tiles everywhere. The pool was not as shown in the photos!! Much smaller, much less space, and a gaping hole for the drain at the bottom, with only 1 day bed and no table or anything to enjoy the outside. Overall just wasn't as advertised and was WAYYYYY overpriced for the actual state of the place. It was also VERY loud. We didn't get any sleep at ALL. The road is right there, people screaming, tooting, the scooters are a lot!! The room also said it sleeps 3 but thats a stretch, there is a small seat in the corner that they call a futon bed. It is right next to the main bed and not comfortable. AND if you are travelling as friends, there is no option for 2 single beds, so either you share the main bed or one of you gets the not so comfy futon bed.

Incredibly disappointing.

The property was a terrible disappointment. It was quite upsetting to arrive and find it's presentation so poor, we felt we couldn't stay, and made immediate moves to find alternative accommodation. We remained for a very short time, before departing.

The property felt that a really good clean would have made such a difference. It felt dirty. The bed linen was old and grey. The kind you didn't look forward to getting into at the end of the day. There was large amounts of mould on curtaining hanging directly above a bed. Hot water system in one bathroom not functioning. Air conditioning in another not functioning. I have chosen to only list the obvious concerns noted in the first 15 mins after arrival that were brought to the attention of the property manager. To list all the others would be unfair.

ick, not up to any nice experience

Property NOT as advertised . We booked this property for 3 adults (2seniors). We had many other less expensive choices but chose this as it said Villa over 1000 square feet. IT IS NOT! It was a normal hotel room size and not adequate for 3 adults. (It did have its own small dipping pool. ) We would have booked 2 rooms for same price, many choices nearby!! There are is no breakfast area they bring to room, but there is mo place to sit abd eat together, only one chair. (must sit on ground or bed-gross!) They also only brought 2 breakfast for 3 people booked, said thats all we get. When we told them this was not the room size we booked we had to call manager, she said yes it is. My architect husband measured the space and it is about 300 feet. The owner said no you have to measure the walkway, the pool and the outside area. (not how rooms get advertised!!!!) But even then it did not measure what is posted on booking.com Do not go there!!! Also Construction right outside drilling and hammering all day! We asked to becrekeased so we could go somewhere else, or to give us a discounted 2nd room, Which would have been reasonable for falsely advertising, She did not agree and would not even agree to a 3rd breakfast. Lastly the entry has no desk or entry, just a grassy driveway with a worker sitting on a block who greets you. (this area was messy with ladders and garden cuttings, and other equipment that never was cleaned up or moved. just dont go there because there are better choices.

Gorgeous little stay for my first night as a solo traveler

It was a great 1 night stay! Really close to beach and so I got up early and went and watched the surfers, walked to a little coffee place for breakfast by rice paddies and back again. I arrived late, but still took myself to have a bath and a pool for a swim. I really enjoyed it and you will too! After all you're in Bali ;)

Magical

We arrived very early on check in day and the staff were super nice and able to accomodate us. The outdoor bathroom was beautiful with the plants and sky view, but what we loved the most was to have a private pool. It had the perfect sun around noon for a good tan, but you could also move the chair under the shade. It was just a few steps from Echo Beach, La Brisa and some other very nice restaurants for breakfast or whatever

I would suggest having a second chair outside and some outdoor lights if you want to spend some time outside the room after dark.

To be honest I thought property looked nice on the photos and would have been nice if it was represented the way it was in the pictures advertised .

Was so disappointing with the cleanliness and overall outdated and dirty fittings , even the lamp shade , not hard or expensive to change . The rug was filthy , the curtains old and dirty . The room did have a funky smell that we got used to after being in the room for a while , but every time we returned to the room you were reminded . The pool was disgusting and unfortunately I swam in it in the on our first night in the dark . I just do not understand how every villa I have stayed in Bali the staff will come every day and clean out the debris from the pool as well as vacuum, or scrub the walls and floor . The fungus growing in the pool was absolutely revolting. Hence we did not get the benefit of having a villa with a private pool . Staff asked everyday if we wanted our room cleaned , when they did they didn’t give us clean towels ?? Everywhere else I’ve stayed the towels are replaced every day . I don’t doubt that in its day this villa was lovely and maintained, but unfortunately whether it has new owners who are not Will to spend a cent on maintaining it . Potential is certainly there .. staff were polite and friendly. Thought it strange no reception and only a security guard to greet us . Noticed on our last night someone had come in and thrown a cup of chlorine into the pool , that sat in a pile on the step .. seriously!! For the price it is definitely not worth it . If I was paying $60- $80 a night I would expect nothing else . Overpriced and so disappointing. This place need a lot of love and money spent on it to bring up to the price they are asking .

Disappointing stay

The pool and the vegetation was cool

The property listing advertised 100 square meters and two bedrooms. However, the second "bedroom" turned out to be a single bed placed next to the king-sized bed. Furthermore, despite paying for the breakfast-included option for three people, we were only offered two breakfasts. To top it off, the staff was unhelpful in resolving these discrepancies, and the 10:00 AM checkout time was inconvenient.

This villa is in a great location!! We wanted to be close to the beach and it didn't disappoint. Also close to restaurants and shops, we are walkers and didn't find anything too far. Loved walking to the beach and sitting at one of the beachfront restaurants, watching the surfers and the world go by! The villa itself was lovely, loved the outdoor bathroom and having a shower under the stars. The bed was comfortable and room a great size. Was awesome having a pool to walk out too and loved spending some arvos out there relaxing.

When we first arrived, we unpacked and popped some things in the safe and went out for a walk. As we left, I remembered I had money in one of my bags that was out and said to my husband "should we go back and chuck it in the safe or reckon it will be okay?" We didn't head back as we weren't planning on being long, when we arrived back it was the first thing I checked and sure enough, the money was gone :( I was so annoyed at myself for being naive so I urge everyone to please please lock up anything valuable!!!! We checked everywhere and I still was holding out hope it would show up in my bag when we checked out, but nope. I just felt a bit uneasy after that. Although the housekeeping were great, they sometimes misunderstood when I was asking for fresh towels, only giving us 3 instead of 4. Also there is only one sun lounge which was annoying as we had to take turns on it, instead of being able to both relax on one each - there is plenty of room to have 2!! There wasn't any cupboards to put belongings either, just a small hanging rack.

Definitely better villas in Canggu to stay that cost less

The pool needs to be cleaned better as it wasn’t and we decided not to use it after day one. The fittings we old and out dated. Some parts were chipped and falling away. The shower was terrible with very little pressure in it. The worst this was the smell of the room which was very much from mould growing in the room probably die to wet season through out the year and the humidity which had lead to mould growing in the thatch roof. Very unhygienic. The air con unit smelt terrible so we bought cleaning products to clean the room and the air con unit was so filthy it was disgusting! Definitely won’t stay again and will not recommend to others especially at over $600 AUD for 4 nights Expensive waste
