Amazing staffs at La Paradis Villa Canggu

The staff greets you by your name, they were friendly and helpful. Clean room under 15 minutes. Delicious breakfast sent to the room every morning.

The outdoor and pool area looks like they could benefit a good scrub. The decorative pillows covers and cushions cover needs a wash. It has a "begger" smell

Great location!

The villa is ideally located in Canggu, set back from the main road to provide a peaceful retreat while still being within easy walking distance of many excellent cafés and restaurants. It is also a short walk to the Wrong Gym, a fantastic wellness facility and an ideal place to spend the day. The staff were exceptionally helpful and always accommodating to our needs. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and well appointed, with comfortable, clean beds that made for a very enjoyable stay.

Our upstairs room was quite dark and slightly musty, with limited access to fresh air compared to the downstairs room. The air conditioning and water pressure upstairs were also not as strong. The downstairs room felt much more comfortable, with good airflow, direct access to the pool, and no noticeable issues with either the air conditioning or water pressure. We also experienced some minor plumbing issues with the toilet, but we’re unsure whether this is a broader issue common in Bali.

Unfortunately apartments are surrounded by high concrete walls, pool was long not cleaned, there was a cat poo on a glass roof above kitchen…

Highly recommended for a relaxing stay

Perfect location and peaceful private villas down a gorgeous walkway. The staff were incredibly welcoming and quick to action any requests, and the room was cleaned daily. Air con worked exceptionally well, and no bugs or geckos in the room which is rare for Bali! The shower pressure was amazing and it's always nice to have the option of the rainfall OR the handheld showerhead. Close to incredible restaurants and a quick walk to the beachfront.

The toilet cistern was refilling constantly, but that became background noise after a day.

I booked one villa, very nice on the picture, they gave me a different villa, not so nice or spacious, nothings like the one o booked. I normally don’t complain and I didn’t say anything but I wasn’t very please. I think is very unfair that you pay for something and they give you something completely different.

A few tweaks and it could have made our stay a little bit better, but overall it was awesome!

The location, the privacy, the villa itself was lovely and comfortable and had everything we needed.

The toilet was a bit slow to flush. The cold water tap for the bath wasn’t working so we couldn’t take a bath. The coffee wasn’t pleasant at breakfast.

I would stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The 24-hour security gave us great peace of mind and made us feel very safe throughout our stay. Everything was kept spotless and well maintained, which made the environment very comfortable. Everyone we interacted with was kind and attentive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and I would definitely recommend.

The only downside was in the mornings when our next-door neighbor had room service. They were still asleep, the staff kept knocking on the door and calling “room service” for quite a while. This ended up waking us up and made mornings a little less pleasant. I understand that the rooms are close together, but perhaps if there’s no response after a short time, the staff could return later to avoid disturbing other guests.

Great hospitality. Good size property

Nice location- quiet for the most part, near good restaurants. Breakfast was simple and nice- recommend the American one, as it is more substantial. All the staff were friendly and nice. Pool was clean and depth just nice for relaxing.

We had issue with water supply on first night and 2nd morning, but was all good after that. Toilet is big but not many place to hang clothes or towel, sink was too high for my height (I am 5ft)

Great villa in Pererenan

The villa having it's own pool was amazing. It was secluded enough that traffic couldn't be heard. All the staff were friendly and professional. It was a home away from home. Also, it was close to Tanah Lot.

The villa is starting to show age. The main bathroom tiles are showing water damages, curtain was torn, overall busy usage. The breakfast, although scrumptious, is very repetitive.

Comfortable and safe place with caring staff.

Everything. I can’t say thank you enough. We had to stay one more day due to ferry accident in Bali. They were so helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. When my husband and I were in the hospital and my daughters ( young adults) came back they took care of them ( since we lost everything from the accident).

Amazing day the highlight of our trip so far!

The breakfast options are very vast. We paid extra to have a flower bath and pool for our anniversary and the staff went over and beyond this for us. We also washed our clothes on two occasions and they will return within 24 hours fantastic service. Villa is located very close to all the amazing restaurants so you are sport for choice.

Happy with overall experience. Couldn’t have picked a better location.

Rooms and bathrooms in the 2BR villa were nice, comfortable and spacious but could do with some refurbishment. Suit those who are not looking for luxury. Pool was a good size. Location was excellent for those who prefer quieter areas but like convenience - huge number of eating, spa and shopping options you can walk to such that you can avoid the main areas. Short walk to the beach. Staff were attentive and onsite until 11pm each night. They arranged room decorations to celebrate a birthday.

Breakfast options/quality and timeslots were limited. Ventilation in bathrooms could be improved. Kitchen/dining area wasn’t fully functional - stove was unplugged, no pots/pans, nowhere to plug in kettle.

Great Location, Great Place.

The Place was quiet and very near many great restaurants, coffee shops and other shops. Transport was easy to get and the staff was friendly and helpful.

They start serving breakfast and coffee only at 8am. leaving the resort after breakfast puts you in the middle of rush hour and takes a good part of the day away.

Staff were incredibly accommodating and lovely. Rooms were comfortable and AC was strong. Bathrooms were big and comfortable. Pool was nice and cool with new water every day multiple times a day. The location was great, out of central Canggu, if you enjoy Canggu and want a little quiet this place is great. Delivery food was really accessible!

Excellent stay in the midst of all that Canggu has to offer

Excellent stay at a central location, with superbly knowledgeable and helpful staff. Onsite motorbike hire that we could trust and rely on together with guidance and support. Great communication and safety on the premises with security 24/7. The villas themselves may be due for a slight aesthetic upgrade but really and truly were immensely comfortable nonetheless.

Disappointing as this has been a beautiful property which lovely furnishings and gardens and pool that could be great.

Loved the location , the furnishings and the ambience of the property. The gardens could be spectacular.

The lack of management and the fact that we couldn’t find the staff. There was never anyone on duty when we returned at night we were greeted by barking dogs. We could never find the staff to buy drinks but eventually realised they could be found sleeping/ resting in the back shed.Another day around the pool I saw a staff member go behind the palms near the fence and I could hear him on his phone he rested there more than an hour only resurfacing with a sickle in hand when he thought someone was there. ( no cutting had taken place ) The pool was full of bugs insects twigs etc and I saw it scooped only briefly 1 day. The dogs pooed on the lawns and it was not picked up for days. The grass was long so it was difficult to see it . Our toilet wouldn’t refill but we decided to lift the lid ourselves and adjust it as the staff couldn’t fix it or our neighbours one as well. I was given a number of a manager to ring which isn’t good enough.Our towels etc were only changed once in 7 days.

Beautiful peaceful villa with everything you need at a great price.

This is an awesome little find, we had the one bedroom private villa, it was spotless and very spacious, black out curtains which is a winner for me haha, the outside area was large enough and a fairly sized private pool, two good sun beds, and to top it off a nice area with table and chairs to chill and eat or play a game of cards. It’s a good location right next to some top restaurants and only 10 min walk to the beach. If you don’t mind a little walk you can head along the beach to La brisa beach club in 20 mins and just another 10 mins to the likes of old man’s and Mexicola. We really enjoyed this place, very quiet and the staff were great.
