The outside area, pool & gardens Good separation of bedrooms.

Non disclosure of CONSTRUCTION SITES on website when Booking - CONSTRUCTION on both sides of a very poor access road to Villa. When asked the times Construction commenced and finished, we were told 9am to 5.00pm. Unfortunately this wasn't factual - on 3 nights there were Concrete pours, 2 until 10.00pm & 1 until 2.10am. This was ridiculous + CONSTRUCTION commenced before 9.00am every day - the earliest around 7.30am. Though house-keeping staff were lovely, there were numerous requests e.g. bin in kitchen not emptied nor rubbish removed, towels not replaced or emptied from baskets, sugar/tea not replenished + filtered water dispenser not checked and consequently ran out!!! - we manually partially filled the water bottle. The bathrooms need more "complementary" toiletries e.g. shower caps, hand soap, hair conditioner etc + face washers need to be provided. Towel quality needs to be upgraded - providing bath sheets would be a good start. I would suggest providing a Television in the open plan/common area. Having only two televisions in two of the four bedrooms isn't acceptable!!

I would not stay here until the construction site was almost finished.

The villa is well appointed, with a beautiful outdoor pool.

We were seriously mislead by the owner, regarding his description of the surrounding construction noise. Please be aware that ‘some construction noise nearby’, actually means, within 20 metres of the villa, there is a very large apartment block building being built. The noise level was so high, we literally couldn’t hear ourselves speak to each other. It was incredibly stressful and not at all a relaxing experience. This villa should not be being offered as a holiday home. We had booked a 3 night stay, however after 1 night, we had to leave - sadly the owner was incredibly unhelpful.

Not worth it.

It's a really nice looking villa with a large living space.

1) We essentially could not use one of the rooms (the biggest room with a bathtub) due to a horrible sewage smell which even went to the living room if the room door was not kept closed. 2) Upon complaining, the villa only gave a template apology at the beginning. How do I know it's a template? It was addressed to a different name. 3) They finally did give us a free breakfast but honestly it was a super basic American breakfast which wasn't even great. 4) They were even stingy with basic amenities - there was only one roll in each room with no spare. 5) Housekeepers were not friendly at all. The security guard was great though. 6) location at this point in time is bad and there is construction going all around making it super noisy.

Impeccable villa and one of the best stays I have ever been - every detail of this architecture was well thought trough and just perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. Response time was fast. Highly recommend this place if you are in Canggu. Would come again.

No fault of the villa, but currently some construction works going on at the other side of the street which can be heard if your room faces the street.
