Worth it!

The villa is located down a dirt road off the main road where all the shops and cafes are located. The location overall is super convenient. You really do not need to order breakfast at the villa because there are many cafes and restaurants only a walking distance away. There are also massage spas within 5 mins. Many shopping boutiques. We strongly recommend going to Emmanuella Spa. Great price and really good massage therapists. Overall, the villa is big! Suitable for families or groups. Everything was clean and tidy. The checkin and checkout process was easy.

The road is a dirt road, it has some water ponding but you can still walk around it. The dirt road was less 100m though so all good.

We had a really wonderful stay at the villa! It's very spacious and beautiful, just perfect for families. We really appreciated that they provided all the necessary baby equipment free of charge – that was very helpful. The location is also excellent, only a short walk to the beach. Construction nearby appears to be almost finished and didn't disturb us. We would certainly love to come back and highly recommend this villa.

Great location, beautiful spacious villa.

Great location close to everything. Lots of room, modern and spacious. Good pool and roof top area.

When we arrived soap dispensers etc weren’t filled. I accidentally broke a glass while doing the dishes and had to pay $6 to replace it. Although cheap they should make allowances for small breakages etc. I have stayed at many Air BNB properties and never been charged for small incidents like this.

Superb villa quality and excellent team service

My stay at Premium Beach Residence was excellent. The villa is very new, super clean, and very beautiful. This isn't my first time in Bali, and I can say that this villa is truly the best I've ever stayed in. A special thank you to Jane and the villa team - the service is marvelous, with very fast responses and helpful assistance. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

The pool was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of room and facilities.

There was a lot of construction around the villa but this is really a temporary issue until construction is completed.

Perfect villa and spot, construction non-disturbing

I was worried about booking this villa due to the ongoing construction, but it turned out to be a non-issue. We hardly noticed any noise or dust, and the construction was far enough away not to bother us. The villa is modern and new, making everything about our stay fantastic. The rooftop is perfect for chilling out, and the private bathtubs in the first-floor bedrooms are a dream—offering the best experience of soaking in a bathtub within a completely private indoor garden. Each bedroom on the first floor has its own private garden bathroom, which is a unique feature. Plus, the host was super responsive, responding to our requests immediately. A nice touch is that they do regular fogging at the villa and provide mosquito fogging services on request, making our stay safe from mosquitoes, which is very important during the wet season in Bali. Totally worth it and highly recommended!

Luxurious stay, modern amenities, stunning rooftop

Our stay at the villa was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable, just a short 4-5 minute walk to the beach and close to everything you need. The villa itself boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The highlight for us was the two downstairs bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms featuring stunning internal garden bathtubs - a true oasis for relaxation- the best experience ever!! The living room and kitchen area are both modern and beautiful, with plenty of brand-new cooking utilities. The rooftop area, complete with a bar, sink, BBQ, wine freezer, and a cozy relaxing spot, offered breathtaking sunset views every evening. Villa offers a small parking spot in front of the door, which was perfect for our car. Despite some construction in the area, it never impacted our stay—no dust or serious noise at the villa. This place is genuinely gorgeous and worth every penny. Highly recommended

Wonderful stay, strategic location, relaxing bathrooms, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Premium Beach Residence. The villa is very new, strategically located near the beach, and the staff is super kind and responsive, addressing all our inquiries simultaneously. Despite some construction in the area, our villa was not affected by noise or dust, making our stay perfect. I was initially concerned about booking after reading a review claiming a lack of privacy in the garden bathrooms. However, it turns out this is not true – there are no neighboring windows visible from the downstairs bathroom, which I personally confirmed. Additionally, the windows in our villa's bathrooms on the second floor do not open at all, ensuring complete privacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my hot tub experience under the rain, gazing at the stars – a very relaxing experience. This place is definitely worth staying at and comes highly recommended.

Highly recommended, clean, luxury and very relaxing villa.

Our stay at the villa was exceptional. The villa is very new, clean, and has a great rooftop and a huge swimming pool, located in a very strategic area. There is construction going on in the area, which made us hesitant to book at first, but it turned out not to be noisy and actually not near our villa - the construction is far behind. We had a lovely stay. The pool was nice and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The Wifi is very fast, and two routers are installed in the villa, providing good coverage everywhere. I enjoyed the outdoor bathroom with a garden on the first floor - it's a very nice experience, super relaxing and beautiful. The staff is very nice and keeps everything clean. They helped us with plenty of things like handling deliveries, our laundry, and local recommendations. Roti canai and poke poke, a very nice place to eat during the day, is just a minute away. The grocery shop is very close, and actually, everything is reachable by foot. That's nice when you have the opportunity not to drive during the stay. The place is highly recommended.

Incredible Villa in a Prime Location

We were thrilled to stay at this new and stunningly beautiful villa. The villa was immaculately clean – a big thank you to Jae and Maria for their incredible work and service. The pool was very large and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of choices and flexible timing. The truly luxurious bathrooms on the ground floor with open garden, offering a view of the stars in the evening – a truly private and relaxing outdoor experience. I don’t ride a bike, and with the heavy traffic in Canggu, taxis aren’t practical. Therefore, the location of this villa is fantastic – everything is within walking distance. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back

Magnifique villa proche des plages de Canggu avec un acceuil et service excellent!

Nous avons particulièrement aime le design de la maison, très agréable et chaleureux pour une grande famille de 9 personnes. L’accueil et les services fournis par Maria et le gestionnaire du lieu ont toujours été excellents, rapide et efficace. Mention spéciale pour le le petit déjeuner et le diner de Noël préparés par Maria qui étaient délicieux.

La maison était superbe, mais 2 points peuvent être améliores: tout d'abord le bruit car il y a de nombreux travaux aux alentours qui génèrent du bruit dans la journée. Ceci devrait s’améliorer avec le temps. Par ailleurs, certains elements pratiques de fourniture pourrait faciliter la vie des hôtes (un étendoir par exemple pour les serviette et le linge, des torchons pour la vaisselle). Ce dernier point est facile a corriger.
