The property is well kept. The property has a nice well equipped kitchen which is nice for people who likes to eat in sometimes. Best suited for guys and groups who could walk to beach.

I stayed in a beautiful two-bedroom villa with a private pool and the darker interior design theme. The layout, design, and decoration were stylish and thoughtfully done, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The villa featured a fantastic fully equipped kitchen with a huge fridge and freezer, a massive modern flat-screen TV with all the streaming services you could want, and exceptionally comfortable mattresses that ensured a great night's sleep. What really stood out was the staff: friendly, professional, efficient, and always ready to help.

The only downside was the water system. Water pressure fluctuated constantly, making it difficult to find the right hot and cold water balance, and there was even one night without water. That said, the staff responded immediately whenever an issue arose and did their best to resolve it. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would book Premier Umalas Villas again without hesitation.

comfortable, basic needs and clean place, definitely a place to stay if you will be out and about most of the day. would not recommend for chilling at home as pool is a bit small. friendly customer service and very accommodating.

microwave and kettle were provided but they were all in different plug ends and converter was not provided, not sure how were we supposed to use them? downstairs toilet need a hand towel. construction outside was happening, but its not their fault i guess.
