Saya menginap di sana 4 hari 3 malam di kamar no 16,3. kamar tidur hari pertama AC mati, jadi anak kamar anak saya tidak pakai AC, di malam ke dua Air mati dan istri saya kesetrum disaat meggang Jet shower, akhirnya kami di pindahkan sementara di Kamar nomer 2, disana 2 KT, teryata di kamar no.2 kami juga mendapatkan kendala, AC kamar anak juga mati, sehingga anak anak saya harus tidur di lt.1 di ruang keluarga ber alaskan karpet....

Absolutely amazing experience! 🌟 The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help — truly made us feel at home. Special mention to the cozy bathrobes — hands down the best we’ve ever had! Every little detail was thought through with care. Can’t wait to come back!

Facilities and onsite personnel world class

The facilities itself are outstanding. You can’t find comparable apartments in Bali. But the real asset (once again) was Arianto and his team (also the cleaners). Arianto did everything to make my stay worthwhile and helped to solve any problem to my satisfaction. I would hire him immediately.

Guest relations (from booking to arrival) are just not up to the job. They don’t communicate in a friendly way, they don’t understand and manage customer expectations, they don’t communicate internally and they annoy with repeated bureaucratic mails. They really need a thorough training. I nevertheless give a 10, since the people onsite (and especially Arianto) made more than up for that. I definitely will come back and hope that I can see some improvement in online communication prior to check in.

Der Service vor dem Eintreffen war miserabel, die Rezeption war eine unbesetzte Baustelle und das Ambiente von außen war wie eine Mietskaserne. Dafür war es von Innen umso besser: toller Innenarchitekt. Und Ari hat dem Hotel (es sind eher Serviced Appartements) die super Bewertung gerettet: er ist eine der besten Servicekräfte in Indonesien.
