Staff were super kind and friendly. Any issues they replied via WhatsApp very quickly. Property was clean and pretty quiet.
Beds were very hard. Pool had shade the whole day so if you were planning on tanning by the pool not ideal accommodation. We did also have an issue with the pool turning brown from heaps of rain but was promptly fixed.

Villas are in very good shape, beds are very comfortable, living area is spacious, plunge pool is good (but cold). Showers have very good water pressure. WIFI was fast and good for working. Both bedrooms have a fairly comfortable desk, was easy to work from there for a week. One AC was leaking water, but it was fixed within a few hours. Staff is friendly and helps when something isn't working. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance.
The biggest issue is the other guests, who often did not respect quiet times. In 4 out of 7 nights, somebody was loud at night. One night, neighbors across the street were partying very loud, so we had to sleep in the other room. Unfortunatly, the windows are not very well insulated, so sounds gets through easily. But ok, that's a general issue with Canggu...
