我們沒有要求客房清潔，在我們入住期間卻有人進入我們的房間並關掉冷氣、打開泳池的pump，但卻沒有其他清潔的痕跡，所以只是單純進來關冷氣？那也需要告知吧，萬一我們在裡面呢？還有到了約定的checkin時間卻沒有人在場，而我也是到了才發現這裡沒有reception，我們的行李就被放在旁邊一個很小的鐵皮屋裡，安全性令人擔憂。

If youre not a precious as me this is a great stay

very easy, the host communicate via whatapp, sending you all the details. We arrived at 11pm and someone came to deliver the key and show us round. Housekeeping were onsite but we did not need to use it every day. The spaces are large as well as the rooms and each room had its own ensuite. The filtered drinking water filter was a great addition so you dont have to keep buying bottled water! Lovely overall property, not prefect, but good for the price point. Super quiet location for a good sleep in. Heaps of cafes just up at the street like Revolver, Acme and Deli, as well as super close to hot spots like Canggu Mexicola, Yuki and Skool Kitchen.

If you have bad knees or are an older demographic, the stairs are steep with a sharp turn. Theyre not very friendly for carrying large suitcases up. I would suggested unpacking downstairs and bringing your things upstairs. theres storage for bags under the stairs. you wouldnt want to be drunk going up and down them! An extra hand rail on the wall would be helpful. The wardrobes were MASSIVE, BUT only 5 hangers? we needed at least 15 each. The ensuites could have used more shelving space! Theres No room to place your toiletries anywhere, or even hang multiple towels. The water pressure wasnt the best in the showers. Im not sure if this is becuase of all the new development happening in the area but it could be stronger There was multiple power outages and one water outage. Again could be from the above issue. If youre wanting a property with a tonne of sun in the pool this place isnt for you. The property was South facing, so the pool gets maybe 1-2 hours of later afternoon sun if you happen to be home to enjoy it. This didnt bother us as we were mostly out. I hope the owners reads this as constructive!

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im Sunny Village. Die Villen sind modern und schön eingerichtet und ausgestatet. Direkt vor den Villas befinden sich etliche Caffes, Restaurant und Shops. Die Lage könnte nicht Besser sein da der Strand auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist. Das Personal ist freundlich und Hilft bei jedem Anliegen direkt. Die Villas sind sauber und schön. Kommen bald wieder

If you're looking for a warm private pool to relax in during the day this is not what you will find

At this Villa the property was obviously new so that's a bonus. The air-conditioning was perfect as was the comfort of the beds and the security. The location was fantastic.

There were many shortcomings to this property. There were 2 big disappointing features that need to be mentioned. Firstly the planning of these townhouse villas were built around the wrong way. I purposefully always choose a villas stay due to wanting a private pool to swim in all day. This pool was facing the wrong way as there was no sun except for one little tiny part of the back corner all day. The water was freezing and never warmed as it had no sun all day due to the height. Very disappointing. Also there was no privacy from next door neighbours The walls between each villa was built with wooden slats so you can see into the next villa. One day I was outside on the one daybed and the gardeners next door started spraying the garden hose and nearly ruined my laptop as the water comes through the gaps. I wont stay here again as the construction going on behind the villas was so noisy and continued no matter what time even on a sunday. Other items that need to be considered which are minor but need to be said are that 1. The COIR mats in the property are hard on bare feet very uncomfortable. 2. No clothes horse to hang wet towels on outside. Only one day bed for a 2 bedroom property and only one chair outside for a 2 bedroom property. 3. NO space in the 2nd bedroom to put any makeup or items in the bathroom, had to use the table in the bedroom. NO tea towels to dry dishes. Cleaners do not lock sliding door after they have finished cleaning. Also please note that this property does not have a physical reception. We also were not showed around when we arrived we were left to our own devices. The number one reason for not coming back to this property however is due to the pool not being warm. The water was freezing most days and definitely no sun to lie in . Also the construction in Canggu is off the charts at the moment so be prepared if you want to stay here as they work 7 days a week right at the back of the property looking into the back of the villa.

Die Unterkunft war großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war bequem. Tolle Küche und ein schöner Wohnraum. Der Ausblick in den Garten war schön.

Schlechte Gerüche in den Badezimmern. Fenster bzw. Terrassen Türen waren extrem schwierig zu öffnen/zu verschließen. Die Klimaanlage hat direkt in Richtung des Bettes geblasen, wodurch es extrem gezogen hat. Der Lärm der Umgebung hat mich gestört (Baumaßnahmen, bellende Hunde).

I would come back again

When using whatsapp to communicate with Staff, it felt like I was talking to 3 different people at times. Different answers would come through and then I would be asked questions that were already answered in above msgs. It made it hard to work through the confusion of different answers. They charged a higher amount for laundry than what was stated. And paying for laundry was made hard using the link they sent.

A great place to stay in Canggu. The villa was modern, clean and had everything needed for a super comfortable stay. It was in a great location, near everything, but off the main road so it still felt private and quiet. The hosts were easy to contact and were happy to help however they could. Their driver Gede was also amazing, he drove us to and from the airport and also took us out on a day trip where he showed us all his favourite places in Bali.

Amazing villa in good location but it backs onto a noisy construction site

The villa is beautiful and centrally located. The staff were wonderful always friendly helpful and attentive.

There is a full blown construction site from 8am every day it is extremely loud and rubbish from the site flew into our pool area. There is a lot of construction going on in the area but the building next door really ruins the serenity and privacy of this stunning villa it’s a shame they are allowed to put up a building so close to outdoor area of this beautiful space.

Once we got over the check in, we enjoyed our stay.

The villa was great, location was good.

Ok check in, we arrived late and could not contact the staff. Thanks to a young guy in villa 9 who booked us a room down the road. In the morning I contacted the staff via whats app and once I made contact. The staff bent over backwards for us, picked us up from the accommodation, complimentary breakfast the next day, also giving me a lovely bunch of flowers. There is construction of a building just behind the villa, but they do not start work that early. it didn't not worry us.

Shocking got extorted.

Nice location, the villa was lovely.

We got kicked out for talking to loud, and had to pay $500. No music, just literally talking to loud. Bunch of thugs got the locals at the village to guard the entrance so we couldn’t leave without paying. Do not recommend staying here. They will try and squeeze anything out you given the opportunity.
