Short and efficient

It is a small town with a lot of nice cafés. The location is straightforward to reach via the main road. Easy check-in procedure.

Very much disturbance from traffic outside and even more from other guests. Not that they were particularly loud but there is absolutely no isolation or sound barriers in the building/room. Not recommended if you are sensitive to sounds during sleep. Otherwise fine.,

very clean rooms, brand new furniture.

heating was not working properly and a stream of cold air was coming from the windows ( properly closed) . I would improve the overall isolation either acustic and thermic.

Ok for two, but the room with 2 beds is absolutely too noisy on the road side

Too noisy !!!! You ear each car passing every minutes!! Curtails missing to avoid light coming into the twin bedroom from the bathroom. And another curtails missing behind the glass door between the two rooms.

faceva freddo il riscaldamento deficitava... e la pompa di calore non era funzionante.. la temperatura massima raggiunta era 18.5 gradi!! abbiamo soggiorno questo week end...

Schoon, nieuw, vriendelijk, lawaaierig en slecht parkeren

Geheel vernieuwd en schoon.

Lawaaierig met een drukke weg ernaast en geen isolatie, de publieke parkeerplaats waar je heen verwezen wordt moet je vanaf 7 uur ‘s morgens ieder uur je parkeerschijf verzetten en voelt niet heel veilig met al je vakantie spullen in de auto.

Stanza quadrupla molto spaziosa e pulita.

Il rumore che arriva dalla strada principale è abbastanza fastidioso. Erano segnalato un parcheggio a 100 mt ma andrebbero date indicazioni precise. Consiglierei di fornire la camera almeno con un bollitore.

Sans charme mais pratique et confortable pour une nuit de transit, triste pour plusieurs jours.

Pas de petit déjeuner inclus. Seulement une ristourne de 10% sur un café banal a côté et qui était fermé le dimanche

Très impersonnel Emplacement au bord dune grande route dans banlieue sans charme. Ce n'est pas un hôtel, plus comme un airbnb avec accès autonome par des boîtes a clés

Breve soggiorno sul lago maggiore.

Appartamento pulito, bene i letti e la biancheria fornita. È presente un piccolo frigorifero, sempre utile.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel primo appartamento a piano terra: la stanza con i due letti singoli è separata dal bagno da una vetrata opaca che lascia filtrare la luce se qualcuno si reca in bagno durante la notte. Vero è che quella stanza non ha praticamente finestre se non una porta vetrata probabilmente di un precedente negozio e quindi riceve la luce naturale, durante il giorno, dalla finestra del bagno. Sarebbe quindi opportuna una tenda oscurante (come quelle alle finestre) da scostare durate il giorno e chiudere di notte. Dopo la nostra esperienza riterremmo utile anche la presenza di un forno a microonde o un fornetto scaldavivande per poter riscaldare un pasto fugace o bevande calde (questo dipende anche dal grado di educazione di chi ne usufruisce, noi pensiamo di aver lasciato pulito e in ordine).

Soggiorno al lago

Abbiamo dormito in materassi molto comodi e la camera è nuova con un bagno grandissimo. Il terzo e quarto letto sono separati dalla camera per una maggiore intimità. La posizione è facilmente raggiungibile da autostrada e il lago maggiore e d'orta sono vicinissimi

Lo specchio al bagno troppo piccolo e troppo in alto. Per chi è alto 1,60 deve alzarsi in punta di piedi per vedersi bene. Ci sarebbe anche lo spazio per inserire uno specchio a figura intera. Per cenare non consiglio i ristoranti del paese.
