Location, breakfast, clean and nice shared Airbnb

All good

The property was in a great location, close to the centre with everything within easy walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable and well looked after. It was a convenient place to stay and made it easy to explore the area without needing transport.

The only minor thing to mention is that noise from outside does carry, and in the evenings I could hear children playing and shouting. It was occasionally a little difficult to fall asleep, but overall it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t take away from my stay.

The room was just lovely off a breakfast, common room for 4 rooms. Breakfast was delish and Jesse who did breakfast was so friendly. Perfect spot right near port and hop on/hop off buses, tour trains and open air trip buses. Loads of lovely bars, restaurants etc. Great whatsapp communication with owner. Could come and go as you wished. Key card into breakfast/common room and room door. As a single female traveller I felt very safe here. Thank you Massimo and collegues for a wonderful stay

Hop on/off train staff not so nice and got charged twice for one trip.

Cleanliness and central location of the property.

1. The most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept in! The frame was also broken. They don’t use protectors sheets either. 2. The breakfast was horrible!! They keep serving the same old items every day. Although Italy is considered the “kingdom” of bakery, their bread is never fresh! I recommend you to offer your guests fresh (white and wheat) bread, eggs, non-ham meet, olives, and some fresh fruit on a daily basis. 3. Since they only have staff available from 8 am to 10 am, their services are really limited and bad! For instance, they did not pick up my trash for two days. 4. The shower area needs some renovation since the shower door cannot be opened easily. 5. Overall, this property shall be managed better!!
