Exceptional service and hospitality from start to finish! We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, helped with free parking, and assisted with our luggage—and the same great help was provided when we checked out. The included breakfast was a very pleasant and delicious surprise.
The location is fantastic: a peaceful spot with an authentic Venetian atmosphere, but without the overwhelming crowds of tourists. It was wonderfully quiet and relaxing. If you want to visit Venice, a direct ferry ride takes about two hours each way, making day trips very convenient. The beach is just a pleasant 20-minute walk away, and the property even offers free rental bicycles if you want to explore the area. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-organized. We felt truly cared for!

Great location in the old town, Very nice hosts, who picked us by car from (free) parking spot to the property. Small but clean and comfy studio.
noise from the upper neighbours during the night, breakfast was very basic (a briosh OR ham toast, with coffee and juice/water)

Appartementi Vale Mare was a really excellent experience all round. We received messages from Lorenzo a day before our arrival with some detail about the parking location, he would meet us there and we should let him know 30mins before arrival and sure enough he was waiting for us, showed us the parking place and drove us to the apartment, showed us everything, keys, breakfast vouchers and also sent us a message with places to visit and restaurants. The apartment was a good standard, excellent bathroom, shower, loads of towels, tea and coffee plus wifi and two televisions. Just a short walk from the central main street in Chioggia. Breakfast was at one of two bars, we tried both, one is on the island, the other on the mainland but only a 20 min walk to Joe bar. The breakfast was fine. When we departed he picked us up and drove us to the car park. Really excellent service and attention to detail
