Gewoon prima appartement. Strand dichtbij. Instructies appartement via tel./app. Goed geregeld. Ruim balkon. Koffiebar langs appartement.
Ramen/deuren konden niet opengezet worden ivm wind en ontbreken van draai/kiepsysteem.

The location, next to the beach was great. It is a little walk to downtown Chioggia but there is a small "train" that drives between and eat to use. Very nice stay for our family.

L' appartamento è pulito e ordinato, anche se un po' datato e necessiterebbe di qualche piccolo intervento di manutenzione. Si trova in una bella posizione fronte mare con ristoranti e spiaggia facilmente raggiungibili.
Alessandro è molto gentile e si è prodigato per risolvere un problema che si è presentato.
Viene fornito solo un telo doccia a persona ma sarebbe il caso di aggiungere almeno degli asciugamani per mani e viso.

Unkomplizierter Check-in via Schlüsselbox, in der man auch die Touristenabgabe in bar reinlegt.
Vermieter ist via WhatsApp erreichbar.

Fußläufig zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig in der Nähe.
Zugang zur Garage sehr umständlich und nur gut machbar, wenn man zu zweit ist, da man 2x Tore aufschließen und öffnen muss.
Kein Wasserkocher oder Kessel für den Gasherd vorhanden.
Rollo in einem der Schlafzimmer sehr sehr schwer, das sollte man wissen, falls man nicht ganz so fit ist.
Generell ist für Wohnung sehr eng, keinesfalls für 6 Leute geeignet (6 Betten vorhanden), und war es zu zweit schon zu eng. In einem der Zimmer muss man sich am Bett vorbeizwängen um zum Fenster/Balkon zu kommen. Kein Platz im Gepäck abzustellen. Ein Bett unbequem, das andere war OK, das Stockbett wurde nicht genutzt.
Sprung im Waschbecken.
Beim Durchlauferhitzer/Boiler hängen in Reichweite überm Sofa für Kabel raus - auch nicht ungefährlich.
Für Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, sowohl zu den Nachbarn (man denkt sie stehen mit im Raum) als auch nach draußen. Die Musik vom Strand hat man trotz geschlossenen Fenster und Rollo laut gehört.
Alles in allem haben wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt...
