The apartment is in a very nice, quiet but very central location in Sottomarina. There is a pharmacy nearby and a coffee shop where you can buy pastries and coffee for breakfast. The beach is walking distance. The booked parking around 7-8 mins walk from the place is perfect to have a peace and quiet as parking is very limited, close to non-existent in the area. Chiara is always available to guide you with the arrival and departure process.

Tutto perfetto, a partire dalla comunicazione con l'host Chiara che ci ha dato indicazioni in maniera chiara ed esaustiva su come effettuare check-in. Appartamento molto pulito, bagno ampio e con grande doccia. Letto kingsize davvero comodo. La struttura è in una posizione strategica, in zona tranquilla ma a pochi passi a piedi da tutto, negozi, supermarket, spiagge, centro storico di Chioggia.
Se proprio devo trovare il pelo nell'uovo, il frigorifero un pò rumoroso, pochi spazi per appoggiare oggetti e appendere indumenti, mancanza di uno scolapiatti in cucina. Ma tutto questo non ha influito affatto sulla mia valutazione finale che rimane comunque molto soddisfacente.

Excellent location, easy acces to the beach,the parking, fish market, bistro, impecabile cleanliness, Chiara was very friendly and provider us with all the informațtion we needed.
