Tutto pulito e in ordine. Gentilissima la proprietaria. Aveva pensato a tutto per rendere il soggiorno perfetto.

L'appartamento è molto curato, molto pulito e c'è tutto quello che serve e anche di più. Posizione veramente comodissima e molto bella. La Proprietaria è stata gentilissima fin dall'inizio, disponibile a domande anche per info generali sulla città, ci ha mandato consigli su dove mangiare, cosa provare, cosa vedere e abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. Parcheggio molto comodo a soli 300 metri dall'appartamento.

Chioggia is een pareltje en het appartement draagt daaraan bij. Van alle gemakken voorzien en qua ligging top. 50 meter verderop begint het drukke, gezellige stadje met heel veel goede restaurants en bars. Elisa en haar dochter Chiara hebben goede tips op allerlei gebied. Parkeren in de parkeergarage op 10 min lopen met een vergunning van de eigenaar. Gratis dus.
Prima uitvalsbasis voor een boottrip naar Venetië en met fietsen van het appartement zit je zo aan het strand van Sottomarina
Als je slecht ter been bent dan zijn de vele trappen een uitdaging

Appartamento ben arredato, pulito e ordinato.
Assistenza di Elisa ottima.
Le scale interne di accesso sono molto strette e ripide, da tenere presente se si hanno bimbi piccoli o se ci sono persone più anziane.
Sarebbe utile avere più accesso alle prese di corrente, magari con qualche prolunga o multipla in cucina per collegare già i vari elettrodomestici disponibili.
Presente macchina per il caffè con capsule a disposizione, mancava solo lo zucchero (piccolo particolare a cui fare attenzione).
