Das Gesamtpaket/Service: Frühstück, Unterkunft und Parken.Das Frühstück kann mittels Bons in einem von 2 Cafe-Bars zur Auswahl stehend, eingenommen werden. Der Vermieter ist äußerst zuvorkommend und hilft mit vielen Tipps. Fragen wurden prompt beantwortet. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Frühstück in 2 Bars inkludiert. Parken in nahen Parkhaus inkludiert und mit Key Karte vollkommen unkompliziert. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Mattia hat uns via WhatsApp mit vielen nützlichen Informationen versorgt, auch wie man am einfachsten mit dem Bus nach Venedig fahren kann.

Fabulously enchanting local area (who needs Venice - when you have “Little Venice”?!). Washing Machine greatly appreciated.
Fellow guest chatting on his cellphone early in the morning and late into the night, on the shared terrace just out side our apartment - but we are sure that this only happens on a rare occasion
