Posizione vicina alla spiaggia e a 300 mt da supermercato, dotato di pass per poter parcheggiare gratuitamente in strada. C'è aria condizionata, lavatrice, lavastoviglie (piccola ma nuova).
Ci sono sei posti letto (due sono letti estraibili). È stato recentemente ristrutturato quindi molto pulito, arredamento nuovo, bagno spazioso e ben tenuto.
Terrazzino comodo per stendere, c'è anche un piccolo tavolino per due in terrazzo.
Nel complesso molto soddisfatta.

se possibile visto che la casa è già perfetta suggerirei solo di far installare le zanzariere perché quest'anno a sottomarina era pieno di zanzare!

Good location: beach and big grocery store are close, private entrance, clean and comfortable.
NB! Parking is not the place you see on photo in front of the house but you can turn from Viale Marco Polo to narrow passage to unload your staff and get parking card to park nearby.
Absolutely no soundproof- no way you can sleep longer than 5.40 when upstairs neighbours start to make loud noise.
