Hotel was nice and view of lake was lovely. Staff were very attentive.
- Sulphur smell permeates the hotel lobby and rooms. I understand there’s not much you can do but it is very strong.
- Lots of restaurants nearby listed as open on Google when in fact almost everything was closed (we don’t know why). As we didn’t know this prior and the hotel has only pre-booked dinner, we were almost left in a situation where we couldn’t have any dinner. The hotel should warn guests to make sure they pre book dinner somewhere or they may be left with nowhere to eat (even if Google says otherwise).

It is a good location to stay while exploring chuzenji & Yunoko area. We love our new and modern room. Dinner and breakfast were great.
The bed was a little hard for us and we still prefer softer pillow and not the beaded ones.
