The room is big, it has a dining table and sofa and still has space to open 2 big luggage. There is patio/balcony with chair outside. Have Tv and projector. The kitchen set is complete and even there are bbq things. There is private onsen inside. We also can wash clothes there and include the dryer. If we wanna hang the clothes. There is a rack available, but the washer includes the dryer so we use the rack to dry our towel. If you drive, the location is near the exit of toll. 100 meter there is seven eleven and opp is welcia drugstore. Free parking space and can park inside the compound or even in front of your room.

The instruction for the check in, we still have to call the CS but not all CS give us correct instruction, that all the guests must show the face to them. If since the beginning they mention that all the guests must be over the check in tablet, I will call my husband and son along as they are busy bringing the luggages out from car but it solved the next day.

The cleanliness, the size, the bath, the kitchen is well equipped and the location is perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The excellent location, and spacious interior, with onsen bath and large beds. the floor heating really warmed up the place. easy walking distance to 7/11 and main Nikko tourist locations. very easy access to the train station, 2m walk and main highway 2min drive.

the access was a bit confusing the first time as you had to cross opposing traffic enter the lane into the property. more cleaning products could have been provided to assist, the sink sponge was extremly small as was the vauum.
