The perfect weekend at one of the most beautiful places in the country

The place is 10 feet from the beach. The room was clean and had a balcony with a sea view. And it was very clean. The beach restaurants and bars are just few minutes away. The owners were very friendly.

The vila itself was great, really gorgeous, furnished very luxuriously, and the kitchen was very well stocked. The outdoor was really nicely furnished as well. Had an issue with the water heater, which they fixed right away.

The location was not so great, not the one on the pin, but on the other side of the through-road.

Great room, great host

The host was extremely kind and accommodating. When it turned out the ground-floor room we have chosen was overbooked, he gave us an upgraded upper-floor room free of charge. The place was very clean and tidy, in a quiet neighborhood.

Only drawback is, the building was a little hard to find among the rows of similar ones. A sign on the outside advertising its location would be a welcome addition.

The villa was spacious inside and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining area was good. The grounds of the complex were well maintained. The host was friendly.

The location is on the main highway, far walking distance from the beach. It does not look like the pictures of the beach in the promotion photo. There was no AC in the living room, just in upstairs bedrooms. The 'pool' was tiny.

The apartment was 10 meters from the beach, it was very clean and it had good wifi and parking. The owner is very friendly and nice. We were there for just one night but if we could we would stay more. I recommend it to anyone.

One of the best we visit in the last two years.

Extremely comfortable place. Near the beach and all the restaurants and shops. The host was very polite and answer always if we have some needs. The apartment was cleaned twice until our stay there and that shows me care and thinking for the guests and their comfort to have a nice vacation. The apartment is 1 minutes from the beach and with children is the most proper place. We can say only “Thank you!” and to plan to come back. I recommend it if you really want to have a nice vacation!

Perfect place for a family holiday

The host met us as soon as we arrived at the property! He was very welcoming and showed us the property and gave us some pointers on where to go to the beach and get some good fish! We were a family of four and we had a great time. Whenever we needed the host for more amenities he was always there to answer our calls and help us.

Disappointing

The approach was 100% non professional. First of all the apartment was not the one we booked. When we arrived on Saturday at around 12:00 and we called the apartment to confirm the time of our check in, we got informed by the owner that the room was not available since he had also booked it to someone else. Despite that, he told us that he had the possibility to give us another house of similar standards. However in order to see the "alternative place" we had to wait approximately until 16:00 to receive the keys. The alternative place we stayed was clean and tidy, had a patio however it did not have a swimming pool as the one we initially booked. Any professional housing facility should have informed us in advance the previous days about the problem with the availability in order to give us the chance to decide if we want to stay in the new location/house or not. On Saturday when we were already at the place (drove around 400km) the possibility to choose another location was of course slim to none (since Halkidiki had above 95% on that day). Last but not least there was no refund for the discomfort.

Don’t worth the money

Nothing, because the rude owner gave us the wrong room, without TV. And he was arguing with us (we had 1,5 year old toddler with us) on the very hot day about how we didn’t payed and that the money is on our account, thinking that we are some other guests he spoke with 🤦🏼‍♀️ He was shusshing my husband because he was mad because we arrived in 3 o’clock, and the room wasnt EVEN READY AND CLEANED. Shameless little dude, didn’t even said sorry. He accomodated the wrong people the same day in our room, and left us without stove and a tv.

The total pictures that are shown on this site are NOTHING like in person. The round buildings are not to be found, and the reception too 😂all you get is to search for the property for over an hour, get a key on the door, a dirty room and an attitude

The host tried to make us to pay with cash by a fraud. He was telling that our bank blocked the transaction but in fact he didn't even tried to make it. The kitchen is small and not equipped with all urgent things.

It was on great location, near the beach and all the bars and stores but in not loud part of polychrono. It was clean.

If there is no sun then there is no hot water. If the day is cloudy then forget about taking a shower. The owner does not speak a word in English.

Голяма ,добре озеленена градина. Може би най-приятното място от целия комплекс. Подходяща е за вечеря с приятели край барбекюто.

Вилата е представена като идеална за две семейства с деца, но се оказа точно така. Вместо обявените ( в потвърждението на резервацията) три самостоятелни спални, намерихме само две, което създаде сериозен дискомфорт за нас и нашите деца. Едната спалня разполага със спалня. Втората спалня разполага със спалня и допълнително легло ( не разтегаемо, а съвсем нормално единично легло). Дотук добре, докато не се оказа, че "СПА" банята не е разположена именно в тази не двойна, а обръщам внимание - стая за трима. И не просто баня, а вана с подвижен душ към нея (ако се къпеш прав наоколо всичко става мокро и хлъзгаво), тоалетната е до ваната. Между леглата и "банята с тоалетна " няма врата, няма параван, няма перде. Директно срещу леглото на третия човек, а именно сина ни - сядаш и вършиш каквото имаш да вършиш. Втората баня е на долния етаж. Не е кой знае какво, докато не се събудиш в 3 през нощта за тоалетна и си спомниш, че трябва да слезеш 15-18 стъпала надолу и после обратно нагоре. После се върни да си доспиш... Банята беше доста занемарена, сус счупен душ, който при поредното си разглабяне падна и нарани детето на приятелите ни. Като цяло, състоянието на вилата е силно захабено и неподдържано: Комарниците са скъсани и неефективни. Климатиците бяха стари, единия от тях невъзможен да бъде настроен на нормална температура, а също така духаше директно в спалнята - функцията за настройване на струята не работеше. Дограмата е в лошо състояние и вратите се отварят с усилие. Осветлението е слабо и на места липсващо. Освен това, вилата беше рекламирана с удобства като пералня, ютия и столове за верандата, но нищо от това не беше налично при пристигането ни. След като се свързахме със собствениците и след не едно и две напомняния, ни осигуриха липсващите предмети, но неудобството и загубата на време бяха значителни. Вилата е отвъд главния път, 10-12 мин пеша. Пресичането е без светофар или пешеходна пътека.
