The location is excellent, right on the shore! Private parking, spacious apartment. Fabulous sunrise! Great walks on the beach in the afternoons... All good. We really had one of the most relaxing summer vacations ever at the Cosy Family Place!

A szállás rendben volt, ami nem tetszett arról nem a szállásadó tehet úgy gondolom. A parton sok eldobott szemét éktelenkedik, ez számomra negatív élmény volt.

It’s a beachfront accommodation with private parking and a sea view. The photos on the site are outdated—the place actually looks much better in person. There is a kitchen area with one bed, and a separate room with three additional beds. The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine and two refrigerators. We were welcomed with Nespresso capsules, beers, water, and juice in the fridge. There were plenty of towels and bed sheets provided. The Wi-Fi was stable with a speed of 20 Mbps. Overall, it's an excellent place to stay—especially in Halkidiki, where it's rare to find beachfront accommodation with private parking at a reasonable price.
There were a few minor issues—for example, the button on the water tank in one of the bathrooms got stuck after the first use, and a small frying pan and pot were missing. The kettle was provided but had heavy limescale buildup, making it unsuitable for use. We also experienced a power outage due to a blown fuse, but the host responded quickly and resolved the problem.

Perfect place for all types of holidays. Few steps from beach close to Kalithea center where you can buy everything you need. Very good owner that can help with everything you need. Barbeque and fully equipped kitchen. We spent a perfect holiday ❤️
