Kastoria Apartments

The location of the apartment is good—just a 10-minute walk from both the city center and the town beach. The apartment itself was decent and comfortable overall with very nice terrace on both sides of apartment. Parking is secured with camera in front of apartment, and you can see the car from the sleeping room or living room.

Check-in, check-out and key pickup were very poorly organized. When we arrive at location, no one answered the phone initially, and it took four attempts before I finally reached someone who explained that the keys were already inside the apartment. Nobody explains to me that apartment entrance was around, from the back side. The air conditioning unit was quite weak and couldn't properly cool down the whole apartment. The kitchen lacked basic essentials—there was no frying pan, no coffee pot (džezva), and no coffee mugs. In the bathroom, there was no shower curtain, so water splashed everywhere. Additionally, the bathroom door was incomplete (cut off at the bottom with about 10 cm missing), which provided zero sound privacy.

The flat is wonderful-clean, comfortable. The host is very kind and friendly!

We liked the apartment very much and the hosts were very nice.
