Every piece of furniture in the apartment was new and nice, the property had a washing machine which was very useful, the facilities were great :) Everything is very tightly packed, but there is enough room for daily functioning :) We also had a nice terrace (with mosquito nets on both doors and windows), and a shower that doesn't leak anywhere so the bathroom floor is always dry (rarely is this the case in Greece :D). The property is also very close to the beach and the cafes :) (the beach however was nasty, I wouldn't recommend Polichrono to anyone, there's no free space to walk on the beach and the water was always dirty after 12pm (people dirt, not sea dirt ))
I also liked that there was a password protected lock by the door to leave the key in, and we didnt have to carry our key with us :)
The three things I didn't like were the fact that the property isn't marked on google maps so we had to rely on the owner's directions, and they don't speak English very well :D and the fact that the owners only offered us new towels 8 days into our trip, and that there was no cleaning service. However, there was a washing machine so we washed our towels in the mean time, so it wasn't that much of a problem. All in all, the stay was pleasant :)

We had very pleasant stay. Everything was brand new, very nice decorated, equipped and perfectly clean. Very comfortable apartment with great location.

Το μόνο που μου άρεσε είναι οτι το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται κοντά στην παραλία και δεν χρησιμοποιείς αυτοκίνητο,Επίσης ο γιος της οικοδέσποινας (δεν τον είδαμε αλλα επικοινωνήσαμε από το τηλ)ήταν πολύ βοηθητικός και ευγενικός με προτάσεις όσο αφορά το μέρος.
Στην ουσία το δωμάτιο ήταν ένα γκαράζ που έχει μετατραπεί σε χώρο διαμονής.Τα έπιπλα και οι συσκευές ήταν καινούργια,αλλά ο χώρος ήταν αρκετά μικρός και η τιμή (125ευρώ/διανυκτέρευση)δεν δικιολογείται.Μόλις φτάσαμε κουρασμένοι η οικοδέσποινα μας άνοιξε τον χώρο και μας ζήτησε αμέσως τα χρήματα χωρίς καμία ευελιξία,παρόλο που μένει στον όροφο από πάνω και θα μπορούσαμε να τα δώσουμε λίγο αργότερα.Επιπλέον όταν ζητήσαμε μία επιπλέον σακούλα απορριμάτων για να αλλάξουμε ,μας αρνήθηκε λέγοντας ότι εκείνη προσφέρει μόνο το δωμάτιο και όλα τα υπόλοιπα(ακόμα και τα βασικά όπως σφουγγάρι για τα πιάτα κ.α)έπρεπε να αγοράσουμε.Μετά απο λιγο μας έδωσε την σακούλα αλλά διευκρίνησε οτι προκειται για δική μας υποχρέωση.Η συνολική εμπειρία δεν ήταν θετική και δεν θα το ξαναεπιλέγαμε.
