80 Steps - Beach Apartment

Удобное расположение, до пляжа 2 минуты. Вид из окна, солнце только с утра, идеально! Удобная квартира, качественное белье, чистые пушистые полотенца, вся необходимая посуда, большой холодильник, кондиционеры в двух комнатах. Хозяин учтивый, всегда на связи, быстро решает любые вопросы, внимательный к деталям.

The apartment had everything you needed - it felt like being home, and the host was very accommodating and flexible! The location was perfect you could walk to the beach, restaurants or grocery stores.

Clean, new kitchen, location close to the not crowded beach out of center (Almost no mosquitoes) Available parking space, fast internet, hot water all the time. Big living room, clean linens, and towels were available. Host was exceptional, all of our needs promptly was solved. We needed softer mattrase, Konstantinos( the host) provided us new top mattress which did a sufficient difference. All cleaning essentials is on disposal, new kitchen with all of utensils provided.

Building is on location close to main road, and doors from terrace are old and where not possible to be fully closed, and it was not sound proof from noise of the cars roaming on main Cassandra road all night. In close neighborhood there is construction work in place from early morning ( 7 a.m.), from several places around it, beside it was 1 july and season has started there is no law for forbidding such works. Terrace is unusable due to lack of sunshade , facing to east, until past noon sun is burning on . Also lack of new coffee table or similar on it. Plastic table for dining is not matching the price, and its to big if you put it inside, but we have to use it inside since it was hot on the terrace. Since apartment is on second last floor, it's getting the heat from upper open terrace. Hence smallest room is inhabitable for sleeping due to heat ( no aircon).Living room and master bedroom is with excellent air-conditioning but insufficient for small room! Host provided us extra fan for this purpose but it is not what we expected for the high price. To small room for bunk bed. Mattress for double bed is hard , way to firm and short (140x190), but after 7 nights host was provided us some new top mattress . Lack of aspirator in bathroom, (there is a hole for it)!, without natural ventilation the humidity is to high. Furniture in living room were old and not serving the space as intended. Old plastic chairs for dining is matching the high price. new dining table would cost the owner about the price of one night . Lack of night light and night table near beds. Owner rejected our proposal of price reduction because we did not enjoy sleeping especially my children where literally sweating in that sleeping bunk bed . So in general this apartment does not worth the price of 130 euro per night!

The apartment was very clean.The owner provided all we need : clean towels, dishes,napkins,coffe capsules etc.

The bed from bedroom is small,but happy us that we are not tall person.
