We spent a wonderful 5 nights in the accommodation. My family and I had a great time. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen with full utensils, large refrigerator. Nearby is a large market with large parking. Everything was nice. All respect to the owners who are professionals in dealing with customers. See you in the future for sure.

Acceptable and spacious

We loved the vibe of the apartment and around the area, the place was very spacious especially the kitchen and the balconies, hot water was enough for showers. The garden was very lovely as well and the sea was absolutely amazing at the beach nearby, an entrance with sand located in vis a vis of the church in the centre. We lacked things in the kitchen and asked for them (we got a little late with that) but the staff was very friendly and helpful and sent us everything we asked for (soup laddle, big knife, a big pot for soup and an Italian mokka for making coffee on the stove even though it was small and only for a portion of coffee, it shave been bigger but it was okay, the only bad thing was that the stove was too hot for it being so small and it almost melted its handle 🫥😭 poor thing...). We appreciated the staff's help a lot and we regret for not asking earlier for all these things. There was enough storage space in the kitchen so we had no issues with that. The washing machine was okay and we also liked the doors from the balconies, they cancelled outside noise.

The noise from the cars. We did not pay attention when booking that the building is right in front of a main national road where all cars + big trucks pass all day and night. Unfortunately that made it hard for us to enjoy the balcony or allow natural air inside during the nights. The bathroom. Extremely small and needs a few changes: shower cap hanger placed very close to the ceiling so taller people can enjoy its use as well or one which has an adaptive position by preference of each person, different lights at the sink because those are very strong for the eyes and hurts the eyes while looking in the mirror, a few more hangers for the towels near shower place (the side opposite to where the broom hanger is), maybe a glass wall between the toilet and shower place and the water faucet from the shower could be replaced with something that makes the mixing of hot and cold water a bit smoother to handle. I would also recommend changing the way the door in the bathroom opens and make it open outwards instead of inwards, or a side opening door because the way it now makes it very difficult for the bathroom to both dry after showers and for general use in a hurry. My recommendation would save a lot of space making the bathroom appear bigger. The kitchen: I was disappointed to find grease leftovers in the oven because it was not cleaned properly. The grease lingered inside and started smoking very badly causing really bad smell. I tried cleaning some of it but the one stuck on the oven's ceiling was difficult to remove. The hot water was also not coming through the kitchen sink and the faucet needs a small filter installed where the water comes out so it doesn't spill water all over when washing dishes. The sink also needs a cup made for putting kitchenware in it after washing it. Overall cleanliness besides the oven was okay. The bedroom: mattress was not very comfortable but it was okay.

Evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey mevcut ve her şey tertemiz,yeni. Dekorasyonu çok hoş,huzur veren bir atmosferi var. Hrm önde hem arkada balkonu var ve ön balkondan elinizi uzatsanız limon ağacına uzanır. Balkonda şezlong da var. Evin çok yakınında büyük bir market ve otopark alanı mevcut. Evde klima,su ısıtıcısı,nespresso kahve makinesi,ütü,tost makinesi hatta çamaşır asacağı bile var. Pefkohoriye çok yakın,akşamları oralara gidebilirsiniz ve mutlaka Bakalis restauranta gidin.

Banyosunda duşakabin yok ve biraz küçük. Ama bence pek sorun değil. En azından temiz ve fiyata göre gayet iyi. Malesef deniz bu taraflarda çok iyi değil,birdenbire derinleşiyor. Küçük çocuklarınız varsa mutlaka palluori sahiline gidin. Anayol üzerinde olduğu için biraz araç gürültüsü var ama beni rahatsız etmedi. Bazı akşamlar site sakinleri bahçede oturup sohbet ediyor. Dilerseniz onlara katılabilirsiniz çok sıcakkanlı insanlar.

Lipsa de profesionalism!

Locatia a fost ok

Din pacate,cand am ajuns am constata ca nu se facuse curat in apartament, lenjeria de pat era folosita, toaleta necuratata, etc. Am luat legatura cu proprietarul in jurul orelor 14:00 si l am intrebat daca putem face check in ul mai devreme de ora 16:00, iar acesta mi a spus ca din pacate nu se poate deoarece apartamentul nu este gata. I am multumit si i am comunicat ca in acest caz vom ajunge la ora 16:00, ora de la care se poate face check in ul. Am fost neplacut surprins cand am ajuns la ora 16:30 si am constatat ca apartamentul nu era pregatit, mai ales ca putea sa ne anunte, avand in vedere ca vorbisem pe whatsapp cu putin timp in urma. I am scris din nou si i am atasat si poze cu starea apartamentului, iar dupa cateva minute mi a raspuns la mesaj si mi a comunicat ca intr-o ora o sa rezolve problema. Am fost neplacut surprins!

Un eșec total din punct de vedere al cazării la un preț de 100euro/noapte

Usa de la întrare era singurul lucru nou și de calitate în acel apartament ! Așternuturile și prosoapele erau imaculate. Răsăritul și apusul pe plaja - nu au legătură cu apartamentul

Mobila veche vopsita cu vopsea lavabila, plina de cutii misterioase din carton, totul ieftin și vechi. Saltea foarte incomoda la patul extensebil- se simteau arcurile fara sa te asezi pe ea. Baia minuscula, cada de 70x70cm,, cu finisaje învechite, deteriorate, faianta care se desprindea de pe pereti, cu tavan la 2m, apa calda cu portia (exista o atentionare sa lasi boilerul pornit doar 30 minute inainte sa faci baie si sa-l opresti obligatoriu cand folosesti dusul, pentru ca exista risc de electrocutare), apa calda functiona doar la dus, restul chiuvetelor fără apa calda (nici la bucatarie). Zone umede cu finisaje desprinse de pe perete și retușate în graba ce indicau infiltrate din zona scarii Mirosuri insuportabile în toată casa, de la infiltratiile din pereti, de la mobilier, saltele și din baie, probabil și de la lucrurile abandonate prin dulapuri. 100de euro / noapte pentru o familie cu 2 copii este un cost comparabil cu un hotel de 4 stele la servicii de sub o stea. După 6 zile am fost întrebați dacă avem nevoie de ceva sau dacă vrem sa ne schimbe lenjeria sau prosoapele. Va recomand sa va luați lenjerie , prosoape și consumabile dacă stați mai mult de 3 zile. În descrierea camerei exista vedere la mare, fapt care este imposibil- trebuie demolata toată localitatea ca să poți observa marea cu binoclu. Vederea ansamblului este către drumul național- trec mașini toată noaptea pe la geamul tău (tâmplărie glisanta din aluminiu, care nu etanșeitate deloc) in living iar în dormitor în curtea vecinilor, unde este un loc de joaca cu castele gonflabile ce funcționează pana la ora 23.00. Nu recomand nici dușmanilor un astfel de loc pentru cazare
