Appartamento pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort necessari e in un’ottima posizione in una zona tranquilla circondata da altre villette e nel verde. L’host Manu ci ha fatto sentire come a casa: disponibile, gentilissima e solare. Ci siamo trovati talmente bene da stringere amicizia e passare anche qualche serata insieme a grigliare e bere qualcosa insieme. Complimenti a Manu per il lavoro che svolge, perchè lo fa in modo eccellente! Grazie Manu, torneremo sicuramente con molto piacere!

Apartament bardzo wygodny, czysty, wyposażony w potrzebne naczynia. Urządzony gustownie.. Duży taras. Wszystko zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami na Booking.com. Właściciele zadbali o suszarkę na ubrania oraz do włosów. Pani Manuela bardzo życzliwa. Na plażę jeździłam do Peroj - plaża z dużym, bezpłatnym parkingiem.

Units were clean and had basic equipment.
We rented 2 units for a week.
While advertised as “Located beachfront” the property is actually about 2,6 km away walking (3,5 km by car) from the closest beach.
Host was difficult to reach. Could only be contacted by phone at a number in Austria (which meant an international call !) where you are welcomed by a recorded message in German only. Host would return call later.
In one of the units the Wifi was poor to very poor and not available at times and not available most of the time in the other unit.
TV offers only satellite channels in German.
Terraces. While one unit had a spacious terrace the 2nd had a mere 2 meters square balcony.
Only one key available per unit which complicated us having different activities at different times.
Booklet with House rules in German only.
For cyclists. Note that there is no storage space so that you will have to keep your bike in or on your vehicle or store it on the terrace of the unit (all units on the 2nd floor).
