The accommodation itself isn’t anything special. The check-in times are definitely not accurate, and the person handing

We booked the apartment quite a while ago, and at that time there were no bad reviews or comments. Later, several guests complained that things weren’t okay. Because of the negative reviews saying that they didn’t receive their accommodation and that the host never showed up to hand over the keys, I got quite scared and immediately contacted Booking.com to make sure we wouldn’t lose our money or the reservation. The host also got in touch with me and explained that he had previously had issues with the person responsible for handing over the keys. In the end, everything turned out fine — we stayed overnight and had a really good sleep.

The person handing over the keys only works in the morning, until no later than 1 p.m., which means the official check-in time is definitely not accurate! The accommodation itself isn’t anything special, and what it offers is definitely not worth €100 per night… unfortunately.

I do not recommend!!!

after booking the room the owner called me and said to cancel the reservation, that there was a mistake and the motel was already full. that he would ensure that the cancellation fee was refunded to me. I cancelled the reservation and asked for the fee to be waived. since then the owner has not communicated and booking has not resolved this either....

Kommen auf jeden fall wieder.

Trotz dass wir spät nachts angekommen sind hat der Hotelbesitzer auf uns gewartet und uns so lieb empfangen. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir noch eine Nacht verlängert haben. Es ist sehr sauber. Moderne neue Zimmer, Betten sind richtig bequem. Alles war zu unserer besten Zufriedenheit.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, das Zimmer war bequem, sehr große Parkplatz, nah am Strand.

Frühstück könnte besser organisiert werden, z.B Toaster, evtl. Waffeleisen, frische Brot war nicht immer dabei… besser Saft konnte auch sein…

Fatalny pobyt w brudnym apartamencie

Personel na jadalni bardzo miły.Sniadania przygotowywane na bieżąco.Szalu nie było,ale w zupełności wystarczyło.

Motel o nowoczesnym designie, niestety jakość wszystkiego pozostawia wiele do życzenia.Caly sprzęt mocno podniszczony,słabej jakości.Materace twarde.Ogolnie brudno.Na tak duży obiekt była tylko jedna pani sprzątająca - uzbrojona a odkurzacz,wiaderko i szmatkę Porażka na całego! .Przyjechalismy opóźnieni,w nocy -j z powodu awarii auta.Od razu zgłaszałam ten fakt w obiekcie i pytałam,czy nie będzie to problem,bo zakwaterowanie jest tylko do godziny 22:00.Mimo,że podczas rozmowy telefonicznej otrzymałam informację,że spokojnie możemy przyjechać w nocy,bo dostaniemy kod do apartamentu musieliśmy spać w aucie.Motel był zamknięty,nikt nie odbierał telefonu.Rano pani z kuchni uprzejmie wpuściła nas do jadalni.W dalszym ciągu musieliśmy czekać na kogoś kto nas zakwateruje - niezbyt uprzejmy pan z wyraźnym odorem alkoholu.Apartament był brudny,na podłodze leżały długie brązowe włosy,prysznic z pleśnią i zepsutą deszczownicą.Zaslony były brudne i zerwane,wszędzie pajęczyny.Materace w łóżku są bardzo twarde - to już kwestia gustu.Przed dokonaniem rezerwacji czytałam opinie o tym motelu,ale uważałam,że chyba były trochę przekłamane.Niestety nie.Ogolnie nie polecam tego obiektu

Tragiczny recepcjonista i sprzątaczka

Nowy obiekt szkoda ze źle zarządzany recepcjonista pijany. Sprzątaczka wszystkie brudy leżały cały dzień na korytarzu ciężko przejść. Pokoje były słabo posprzątane. Kurz i czyjeś włosy w każdym rogu. Obsługa na śniadaniu bardzo miła

Pan z recepcji był pijany czuć było alkohol piwo na stole w recepcji. Zwrocilismy uwage ze nie wolno robic zdjec dowodów osobistych. Wydał klucze do malego pokoju bez balkonu i bez sofy. Przestał odbierać telefon po czym widzieliśmy go po drodze na plażę, że pił w barze niedaleko hotelu. Następnego dnia udało się go zapytac dlaczego nie dał nam pokoju jaki zamawialiśmy, powiedział że nie ma miejsc po czym sprzątaczka cały dzień zostawiła otwarte drzwi do apartamentu jaki zamawialiśmy (nikogo w nim nie było przez cały okres pobytu) przed hotelem kartka,, wolne pokoje!"

hemtrevligt boende med hotellkänsla med trevlig personal

Lagom stort rum som var städat och fint. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. God frukost som kändes fräsch. Bra privat parkering som kändes trygg. Om vi åker till Fazana fler gånger kommer vi definitivt sova där igen.

Super Hotel, Super liebe Gastgeber, Tolles Essen - Wir kommen wieder :-)

Es war Hervorragend und hat unseren Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Essen im Hotel ist sehr, sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sauber. Es gibt genügend PKW-Parkplätze. Die Lage ist super und man braucht keine 2 Minuten zum Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat. Es war alles Suuper.

Pagamento anticipato, ma la struttura era CHIUSA. Contattata la proprietà, ha anteposto scuse risibili, con l'assenza del portiere, promettendo un ricontatto che non è mai avvenuto. Dopo più di un'ora, richiamato, ha negato l'accesso alla struttura, Alla richiesta di procedere al rimborso, ha risposto in maniera evasiva. UNA TRUFFA!

Pobyt nie doszedł do skutku. Pomimo opłaconej rezerwacji nie było dla nas miejsca. Pieniądze zwrócono nam gotówką.

Niestety pobyt nie doszedł do skutku. Rezerwacja, opłacona na dzień wcześniej przez Booking. przyjeżdżamy na miejsce a administrator budynku mówi że nie ma dla nas miejsca. Pieniądze zwrócił w gotówce ale problem ze znalezieniem awaryjnego noclegu był bardzo duży. Obiekt wydaje się być nowy, jeszcze niedokończony a właściciele nie ogarniają rezerwacji online, nie odpisują na wiadomości. Szkoda.
