Good location, very clean
The room was very clean (and cleaned every day), we always had a place to park at the end of the day, we were as close to the beach as possible and the street is quiet so we could sleep peacefully. There is also an elevator, which is convenient so you don't have to carry heavy luggage to the second floor.

Exceptional
The owner Petra and the cleaning lady were very very friendly. The room was clean and cosy, has a fridge, air condition and an electric kettle. We did not have a balcony, but there was a big terrace we could use - with a laundry dryer and a sun lounger. The owner has a home made olive oil you can buy :)

Amazing hostess, perfect balance of location close to sea (3 minutes away) but also near the cultural hub of Pula.

Very good
The location is perfect, near the sea and city center. The owner told us where the shop, restaurants and city center are. Check-in and Check out were perfectly done without problems. The facility was very clean, and the staff cleaned rooms and premises every day :)
The room was very small. For 2 nights it was ok for us, but I can't imagine staying here for a longer time. If we would stay longer, definitely we would book a room with a balcony (if possible).

Clean and in general nice location, but with not stellar parking, thinner walls and not a great WiFi
Cleanliness of the rooms was great. The location was also great, really close to the beach, and also to the town center. When we were there the general atmosphere was quiet.
- Soundproof rooms are false advertising. The neighboring rooms are clearly audible. - The lady on location does not actually speak English, only a little German. - This is written on the fine print on the booking site, but air conditioning is only free for 7 hours a day, which we did not notice in time. And the price for exceeding it is not visible anywhere. - WiFi was really bad in our room (room number 1 on the second (top) floor) - There are only 4 actual parking spaces at the location, which is not enough for everyone. We were told to rather park in a small public parking lot less than 1 minutes walking from the location. Where we had an unpleasant experience of being closed in. We were barely able to drive out with 2-3 centimeters from both sides of our car after a lot of maneuvering. - Room number 1 on the second (top) floor was smaller than what we expected. There was not a lot of space around the bed. It was hard to organize our clothes, beach equipment and our luggage in general.

We did not include breakfast but there were two kettles, one coffee maker, a variety of tea (teabags), a variety of coffee: for a coffee pot and instant coffee, sugar + a jar of biscuits. Absolutely satisfied!

Charming, authentic and very clean hotel in great location.
Calm, very clean room. Air con. Nice shared patio (where you can also hang out your wet beach stuff!). Handy facilities like fridge in room and tea/coffee outside room. Lush garden under leafy cover. Petra was lovely and so helpful, all the staff very smiley. Location was amazing - just a few minutes walk to idyllic beaches, shops, restaurants.
