Posizione ottima vicino alle spiagge ed al centro storico, ma tranquillo. Garage privato disponibile al piano terra. Aria condizionata, camera un po' piccolina ma l'ampio terrazzo è veramente utile anche per stendere gli asciugamani. Bagno con ottima ed ampia doccia. Nelle immediate vicinanze il centro con bar e trattorie.

Odlična lokacija – blizu centra, hkrati mirna. Dostop in sprejem sta bila brez težav, nastanitev pa je bila čista in urejena.
Soba je bila oglaševana kot velika 17 m², vendar je bila po najini oceni bistveno manjša, približno 12 m² skupaj s kopalnico. Prostor je bil zelo utesnjen in po njem se je bilo komaj mogoče normalno gibati. Tudi postelja (160 × 180 cm) je bila glede na velikost prostora precej velika. Kopalnica je bila sicer čista, vendar je iz sifona zelo močno zaudarjalo po kanalizaciji. Prosila sva za dodatno rjuho, vendar je nisva prejela. Fen v kopalnici ni deloval, čeprav so naslednji dan namestili novega. Glede na ceno, ki sva jo plačala, se nama je nastanitev zdela občutno predraga glede na velikost sobe in kakovost nastanitve

Lokacija objekta je odlična. Nalazi se u mirnoj ulici sa minimalnim saobraćajem. Sve je na 5 minuta hoda. Domaćica je izuzetno ljubazna. Objekat ima lift.
Objekat je dobar ali zvučna izolacija nije baš najbolja. Sve se čuje iz drugih soba (puštanje vode u kupatilu, glasne rasprave). U tuš kabini je prisutna budj. Osoba koja je zadužena za održavanje bi trebala malo više da se potrudi. Televizor nije u funkciji. I posle 30 minuta pokušavanja nismo uspeli da nadjemo ni jedan nacionalni kanal. Parking je trebao da bude obezbedjen (kao što stoji u opisu objekta), ali nije. Morali smo da parkiramo na ulici preko puta objekta.
