Really love the location. Staff are really helpful 😊

They don’t allow to cook in the kitchen, they don’t allow to use gas

Some staff could communicate well in English , Even some are not fluent in just using translate. The room in the first FL Wifi is not good connection. The kitchen and common room have all you need. Awesome location which is not far from the Department store.

There is no lift.

As advertised. It’s a hostel not a resort. People need to be realistic. Wifi worked fine

Bed linen could be updated

Air conditioning in the private room. It was quiet so we could rest well. The kitchen facilities were decent.

The booking system was very disorganised. We arrived late and were shown to our private room, only to discover it had been double‑booked. We were moved to a 6‑bed dorm for the night, which was a noticeably lower standard than the room we had paid for, and it also disturbed the guest already staying there in the middle of the night. The next day we had to wait a while again for the issue to be resolved and for our room to finally be ready. We asked for a partial refund but was refused and they blamed it on their booking system. There were several other guests having issues with their booking and the staff at the reception looked visibly impatient. The Wi‑Fi in the private room was also very weak, so we had to work from the common area instead.
