I like mainly the location.

I would suggest installing an automatic door closer. During my stay in a 4-bunk bed dorm, some guests would leave the door open when exiting the room. As a result, noise from the reception area could be heard clearly when the door remained open. On a couple of occasions, I had to get up from my bed just to close the door. This is my only concern regarding the stay.

Staff was super helpful especially the girl who helped me translate for an emergency. Location is superb for the price. Amazing value.

It was a bit hot but it’s understandable since there was only one airconditioning unit in the hostel room and it is the peak of summer.

The Wifi connection was slightly low speed.

Located very centrally, which makes travelling anywhere very easy. Clean room got laundry (need to pay) & kitchen.

I was disappointed with my stay here. The shower water temperature was extremely inconsistent — it would suddenly turn very hot and then cold without warning, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The soundproofing in the rooms was poor. For families with children, this may not be an ideal choice, as we felt constant pressure to keep noise to a minimum. At one point, while we were eating in the kitchen area, the front desk staff closed the door to prevent noise from the children. Several kitchen appliances were either outdated or not functioning properly. When we asked for assistance, the staff mentioned they were unsure how to operate them. Although our room included a terrace, the terrace door was faulty. Once opened, it could not be closed without assistance from the front desk, and we were advised not to use it. The morning after check-in, we were informed that despite our 5-year-old not using an extra bed, we were required to pay for an additional guest due to hotel policy. I understand policies exist, but the lack of flexibility was disappointing. Even luggage storage required an additional fee if we returned later. The front desk staff were polite, but most concerns were attributed to “management policy,” with little room for practical solutions. Overall, considering the price and experience, I regret this choice, especially since nearby Airbnb options offer better value and more family-friendly policies.
