The staff is so polite and supportive. They even provided the relaxed early checkin and relaxed checkout. No rush. Very much impressive service.

I liked the place w lot and the dorms are huge and conformable. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Super convincing to have the mall nearby as well as a lot of eating and grocery options. We stayed here twice as it was the best hostel for us in Almaty!

Las camas son cómodas y tienen cortinas para un poco más de privacidad. Los baños en general se mantienen muy limpios y el espacio comun/cocina e muy cómodo para relajar, compartir con otros viajeros o trabajar un rato. Está muy bien ubicado a metros de un gran mall con cafeterías y del centro.

Месторасположение-рядом журчит горная речка, находится крупный ТЦ, на автобусе можно добраться до главных достопримечательностей, остановка в пяти минутах, близость супермаркета, быстрый Wi-Fi

Белье выдают на руки, застилать нужно самим, матрас грязный, в волосах, за полотенце отдельная плата, в уборной грязно, нет общих шампуня/геля для душа, шторка в душевой заплесневела, ковер старый, в пятнах. Персонал не слишком дружелюбный, но администратору, заселившему поздней ночью отдельный респект-все рассказал, показал, был вежлив. Однако, с утра уже были весьма грубые администраторы-громкие, матерящиеся на всю кухню.
