The social aspect of this hostel is stellar, the facilities are pretty good too. The location is not too far from good facilities also.
The staff came across quite rude sometimes. Whenever I would ask for something they would make it seem like a huge burden. The rooms were okay, however the beds were very uncomfortable.

I really didn't stay long since i arrived late and leaved early but it's seem to be a very good place to stay longer. There is a big garden where people gather and a very nice leaving room.
Everything was clean.
The bed is cracking and make noise when you move.

Staff was very nice and helpful. They were very accommodating as they let me hang out at the hostel until my midnight flight. Took bus 79 to/from Almaty Airport to within 1/4 mile to the hostel.

-near a lot of smaller grocery stores
-social hostel
-2nd floor room had A/C and ensuite bathroom
-yard
-kitchen and fridges
-a home converted into a hostel
-multiple power outages across the days I stayed there (was told this never happens, but this seems to be a lie)
-no A/C on the bottom floor, so it was super stuffy/hot and unbearable to sleep at night
-there was often no more toilet paper left
-the crowd leaned more towards more immature
-staff weren't always available/attentive, instead opting for socialising
