Nice hotel very clean and good facilities. Breakfast options were also very good. Overall staff was friendly and helpful. Near by mall which was a benefit as well as bus stops if you plan to take transport
Though I was disappointed with the couple of things - 1. The deposit policy was weird for me , you have to deposit cash either in local currency or USD and will be given back on the day of check out , which was odd , what someone leaving the country will do for the deposit in local currency, they could try to hold deposits if required on card. 2. I requested over email before the arrival for some arrangements for my wife’s birthday , I reminded on the day but still nothing was done , had to shift my plans next day then also after request nothing was done which kind of ruined the whole planned occupation.
But overall would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is pretty new (or at least it’s been kept well) so the plus point is its clean and the rooms are spacious and modern.
However, I had the privilege of staying in other hotels during my stay so I can make a quick comparison for the same price
1) the staff are not warm and welcoming especially the receptionist. I think they could do much better with hospitality (except the male manager, he was good)
2) the hotel is extremely condensed and compact so the breakfast place is so small and all facilities are just so close to each other from one door to the other
3) the location is honestly not the best since its in the middle of the city, the traffic outside the hotel is heavy, all day long. So if you’re taking a taxi you’d have to give yourself additional 7 to 10 mins of prep time.
4) above all, the spa is definitely a joke. Its located in the basement next to the kitchen and dont know what else. I went to inquire about the massage and there was only 1 massage room, and on top of that, both the masseuse were lying down on the bed.
