L accueil, la taille de la chambre, la piscine, le petit déjeuner et l emplacement pour accéder au zoo de Beauval.

Il faut passer dans 1 placard pour accéder aux toilettes qui sont bruyants. Le petit dej est servi au plus tard à 09h. Et il faut quitter la chambre à 09h30 au plus tard.

J'ai été trompé sur le bien réservé. À notre arrivée, le propriétaire me présente une chambre avec 1 seul lit de deux places, que j'ai été obligé d'accepter face à la difficulté de trouver une autre location au pied levé à cette période proche du Zoo de Beauval. J'avais tout préparé mon séjour avec achat des places pour le Zoo et tout est tombé à l'eau. En effet, j'avais réservé UNE SUITE AVEC MINIMUM DEUX DISTINCTS afin de bénéficier de deux chambres séparées, donc, au minimum deux lits séparés, car j'étais avec mon fils de 39 ans et nous avons vécu une véritable frustration. Le propriétaire n'a rien voulu savoir, bien que je lui ai montré sur mon téléphone la nature du bien réservé sur description booking.com, prétextant que la faute revenait à Booking.com. J'ai bien gardé la description du bien réservé, ils m'ont répondu : on ne réserve pas un château pour deux personnes et l'échange s'est très vite envenimé, aussi je demande réparation par remboursement de la prestation avec dommages et intérêts

Belle Escapade ! Une immersion totale dans un havre de paix ! Erick et Simone ont le sens de l’hospitalité et nous ont accueillis avec bienveillance et attention. Tout est pensé pour satisfaire toutes les tranches d'âge! Mon fils de 4 ans était ravi ! Et pour satisfaire les papilles de tous, une belle table d’hôte ! Une cuisine délicieuse et raffinée, du bon vin et le tout dans la bonne humeur ! Un séjour inoubliable ! Merci
