Brilliant trip and an awe inspiring zoo.

Beautiful hotel, the theme and rooms are lovely. The room was spotless, warm and well equipped. It's a great location for the zooparc and there are free EV chargers right outside! English speaking and very friendly staff throughout . We will definitely visit again.

The dinner buffet wasn't great. Expensive for the food, the French people seemed to like it so I would put that down to just palate over the quality, but we did end up leaving hungry, which for €80 was a bit of a shock.

Very nice place with children. We enjoyed this hotel in good weather. This hotel is at it's best on good weather as the pool area and the bridges along the area are an essential part of the comfort. Most of the guests are travelling with children. Playgrounds are nice and the restaurant is of buffet type with a good variety. Sometimes I had communication problems with my terrible French as not the whole staff speaks english. But even in communication problems they were helpful and polite and a solution was always found. Simply extraordinary with kids, however a word of warning, if you are allergic to small children you probably want to go somewhere else :)

Qu'exiger de plus : juste parfait !

Excellents dîner et petit déjeuner. Accès direct au zoo par un petit chemin balisé. Chambres spacieuses dans de petits bâtiments à deux étages situés dans un jardin exotique qui vous fait vous sentir loin. Amabilité et professionnalisme du personnel. Petite anecdote : obligés d'interrompre notre séjour en raison d'un décès soudain dans notre famille, l'hôtel a spontanément accepté de nous rembourser la dernière nuit déjà payée sur présentation du certificat de décès. Etablissement à recommander absolument !

Nous avons adoré le cadre, la proximité et l’accès au zoo. La chambre était propre et très spacieuse. Le personnel était très agréable et les repas, délicieux !

Le seul problème est que lorsque l’on n’est pas là, la carte n’est pas active dans la chambre donc le chauffage ne fonctionne pas. Il fait donc froid quand on rentre. Mais c’est un détail et je sais bien que tous les hôtels (ou presque) ont ce fonctionnement. De plus ça permet des économies énergétiques !

Chambre spacieuse très bien équipé, très bien situé à 450m de l'entrée du zoo. Le personnel très bien, surtout le barman aux petits soins pour ses clients.

Restaurant tarif unique en buffet. Pas assez de diversification des mets, Pour un soir ok mais 2 soirs on mange la même chose. Le petit déjeuner très bien prix 16 euros par personne un peu élevé.

L'organisation lors des repas. Plage horaire pour les petits déjeuners Heures fixes à définir pour les diners et certains horaires ne sont plus disponibles ! Files d'attentes pour être placés et pas de choix pour l'emplacement de la table. Sur deux diners la même proposition de buffet. Le rapport qualité prix ( excessif pour le buffet du soir ) Globalement pas à la hauteur d'un trois étoiles pour le prix d'un quatre étoiles Certainement le prix à payer sur une situation de monopole des services hôteliers du site pour visiter un superbe ZOO !!!!

Hôtel très bien situé , à 5 minutes à pied du zoo, accessible à tous (PMR) très paisible , au calme. Nous avions une chambre supérieure très spacieuse et confortable à souhait, très propre... Ambiance indonésienne Bali bien reconstituée, dans les moindres détails de la décoration de l'accueil, des différents pavillons, personnel sympathique, accueillant à l'écoute,... que ce soit au bar de l'hôtel, aux buffets du petit déjeuner et repas du soir vous bénéficiez d'un vaste choix bien pensé ( 29 euros/pers= repas soir ) certes un peu cher mais à volonté avec fruits de mer; poissons. plats, desserts...vous pouvez choisir vos créneaux horaires.... boutique située dans le hall d'accueil des Jardins de Beauval bien achalandée et pratique les même prix que le zoo parc... Nous avons été largement satisfaits de notre séjour, nous le recommandons vivement...

Peu de déco dans la chambre et rien du tout dans les toilettes (juste un WC). Repas principal du soir vraiment pas bon. Les entrées et les fromages étaient plutôt bons, mais pour avoir essayé plusieurs mets principaux, c'était très, très décevant. Nous étions avec des amis et avons tous renvoyé nos plats. Nous avons signalé notre déception au service et les repas nous ont été offerts. Mais c'est dommage, car on se réjouissait de passer un moment amical et détendu et on reste sur un goût très amer de l'hôtellerie restauration. Jardins extérieurs peu entretenus. C'est sec et on n'a pas envie de laisser les enfants y jouer. On sent que c'est pour des gens de passage et qu'aucun réel effort n'est fait pour qu'ils reviennent. Ca n'a rien à voir avec les hôtels du PAL, en Auvergne.
