Great hotel to stay in if you want to go to the zoo

Very nice staff Only a few minutes drive to the Beauval zoo Buffet was of high quality (cheese selection is impeccable in the evening buffet)

Walls not thick enough - could still hear lots of noise from families staying in rooms next to us Buffet was a bit confusing however - most dishes were European even though we were in a Chinese-themed hotel. Was expecting more Asian food fare as a result, but less than 30% of food choices were Asian.

The food options were limiting. You could only have buffet dinner or breakfast which we found quite expensive given that in the zoo parc you also have to buy food there. Would be excellent to have some more flexibility.

L'hôtel et son ambiance sereine permet de préparer la visite du zoo de Beauval en toute quiétude

J'ai apprécié la propreté extérieure et intérieure, le personnel souriant et sympathique, l'ambiance générale, la décoration du bâtiment et la vue sur l'extérieur.

Les toilette dans la salle de bain sachant que la porte ne fermé pas car le gond supérieur était légèrement cassé. Dommage que le problème n'est pas été anticipé et solutionné avant notre arrivée. Nous l'avons signalé, il a normalement été pris en compte.

La proximité du Zoo

De faire la queue pour tout (bar, restaurant, petit déjeuner) Le manque de service aucun débarrassage au restaurant diner et petit déjeuner. L'addition nous a été apportée avec les carafes d'eau alors que nous ne nous étions pas servi. Nous n'avons pas vu un serveur du reste du repas et utilisé une table derrière nous dont les convives étaient partis pour débarrasser nos assiettes. En dehors du non service ça ne fait pas très propre. Sachant que les personnes de cette table sont parti lorsque nous sommes arrivé et que la table (avec nos assiettes) n'était toujours pas débarrassé à notre départ. Evidemment ce n'était pas la seul. Idem pour le petit déjeuner sauf qu'on a tous laissé sur la table.

Très bel hôtel, le personnel est très accueillant et à l'écoute du client, très bon restaurant beaucoup de choix que ça soit pour le petit déjeuner ou pour le diner

La présence de petites araignées et de leurs toiles dans la chambre. La gestion du paiement pour les repas, lors du départ on nous réclamait les 2 repas de la veille alors qu'ils avaient été payés. Pas cool !

Le repas du soir ou pour ma part il n'y avait pas assez de choix, aucun sushi aucune brochette boeuf fromage je m'attendais vraiment a un restaurant chinois /Jap. Et dommage pas de baguette pour manger ! Déception sur cela mais après le reste était bien..large choix de dessert.. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas écrit les variétés de fromage du coup je prenais au hasard .

Nous aimons Beauval depuis notre rencontre avec Mme DELORD en 1980

Petit-déjeuner et tranquillité

La chambre à coucher est tout simplement dangereuse avec un plafond trop bas et saillant, sans aucune protection ou signalétique, côté fenêtre et interdisant un déplacement en sécurité vers son lit de jour comme de nuit. Deux chocs douloureux du crâne de monsieur lors de l'arrivée dans la chambre. Par ailleurs deux demi-matelas peu stables . Enfin chasse d'eau bruyante (fuite d'eau légère mais gênante). Le prix de la chambre paraît exagéré pour la prestation globale fournie

Une nuit à Beauval

Hotel qui propose un cadre dépaysant trouvant écho avec la zone asiatique du parc de Beauval.

Le parking de l'hôtel est trop petit pour accueillir toutes les voitures des familles en visite. Il devrait pouvoir accueillir les voitures des familles qui dorment le soir ainsi que celles qui partent en visite le lendemain. Ce n'est pas le cas.

Chambre propre , bien agencée pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants Très bon buffet au petit déjeuner et le soir Piscine extérieure chauffée et très agréable Proximité du zoo à pied , sur un sentier balisé.

Il faut réserver pour le buffet du soir c’était complet (gros week-end d’affluence ceci dit) L’aire de jeux pour les 6-12 ans ne permet vraiment pas aux petits enfants de 3-4 ans de jouer c’est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas une petite aire pour eux.

Une jolie bulle de détente

Les chambres spacieuses avec literie très confortable. Hygiène impeccable. La piscine et les jeux pour enfant un vrai plaisir ! La proximité avec le zoo 10 min à pied avec enfants.

Le dîner buffet où il ne reste que très peu de choix… les entrées ne semblent pas très frais car laissé à l’air ambiant. Petit déjeuné correcte mais trop cher.

Hôtel idéalement situé d'où le prix.

Le savon liquide sur pression pour la douche ou le lavabo était en fin de recharge. Il fallait donc appuyer fortement pour obtenir du savon. Ce système si il est plus économique pour les hôtels devrait être amélioré avec une recharge à remplir après chaque client. De plus je déconseille d'utiliser le savon liquide pour les cheveux : la mention HAIR & BODY est inappropriée.

L'hôtel est très joliment décoré dans leur thème sur la Chine. La salle de restaurant est rès spacieuse tout comme le hall d'accueil avec de très beaux vases typiques. Le personnel est très accueillant et question propreté nickel. Repas du soir buffet copieux ainsi que pour le petit déjeuner. Chambre et lit très confortable. En résumé 1 nuit superbe dans cette hôtel
