Convenient after a long day at the zoo. Bed comfortable. Bathroom ok, good shower. Welcome drinks in fridge and biscuits on table

Generally run down. Terrace looked very neglected. Not really a kichen, just a corner with very small fridge. Only 2 knives and 2 spoons , no forks or plates so not ideal to eat even just a microwaved meal! No sink to wash dishes. The place is obviously a large villa converted badly into several studios. Photo looks much nicer than reality. So very basic but reflected in the price I guess. One night was ok but would have hated a longer stay there!

The location is very convenient for the families who want to visit the Zoo of Beauval. Overall very good experience

I did not like the owner on the phone. We were a bit lost when we arrived and called the phone number that was the one posted on booking.com. He seemed nervous about the fact that we called himself and not his employee... Normally you will not deal with him, but with his employee (Jeanne) who was a very helpful and nice person.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec des restaurants et boulangerie à proximité. Proche du zoo de Beauval. Facilité pour récupérer les clés. Petites attentions appréciées comme les café/thé à disposition. Wifi gratuit.

La télécommande de la télévision cassé et le chauffage de la pièce commune qui ne chauffait pas assez. Pas de chance car il a fait très froid pendant notre séjour.

Grande et belle chambre.

Indications fournies pour se rendre au logement parfaites (par messagerie évidemment !) Belle terrasse, très grande chambre permettant de poser et ouvrir aisément les bagages, ce qui n’est pas le cas partout. Grand lit confortable, éclairages indirects agréables et esthétiques. Outre le petit équipement (micro-ondes, frigo, bouilloire) quelques attentions sympathiques (bonbons, biscuits, café soluble). Stationnement facile sur le boulevard ou au parking public, environnement calme, serein dans lequel on se sent bien. Proximité à pied du centre de Saint-Aignan qui est vraiment une très jolie petite ville historiquement et architecturellement riche. Boulangerie à 100m sur le boulevard, très pratique pour le petit déjeuner. Bien sûr zoo de Beauval à 5’ en voiture.

Quelques détails à améliorer vraiment, au niveau des équipements et de leur usage, dont nous nous sommes ouverts auprès des « concierges » en charge du lieu (par messagerie évidemment !). Ils dénotent une certaine négligence qui pourrait devenir préjudiciable à l’ensemble.

Le carnet avec toutes les adresse des restaurant au alentours c’est une super idées Des petites attentions dans le frigo et sur la table.

Le prix du petit déjeuner est bien trop élevée pour le peut qu’il y a. Pour la chambre Neptune , les porte font énormément de bruit et très lourdes.

Un régal à tout niveaux : gîte que je recommande vivement !

Tout était parfait ! Aussi bien la propreté des chambres, l'aménagement des chambres et du logement, la clarté du lieu, l'espace, les appareils et équipements à disposition, la proximité par rapport au zoo de Beauval, au restaurant, à la boulangerie, les services proposés (livraison petits-déjeuners bien fournis, complets et variés), le personnel livreur, les facilités d'accès et de mise à disposition des chambres (code sécurisé, autonomie...), l'accueil téléphonique et la clarté des échanges par texto ... Je ne m'attendais pas à autant de confort et recommande fortement ce gîte de qualité.

Puisqu'il faut écrire un commentaire : une porte assez lourde à manipuler dans la chambre du bas, mais c'est vraiment parce qu'il faut dire quelque chose car beaucoup de positif !

Logement idéalement situé pour profiter du zoo de Beauval et de la ville de Saint-Aignan. Rien à reprocher, un logement propre, soigné avec de petites attention du gérant. La boîte à clé facilite l’arrivée, nous sommes autonome. Plus que fortement recommandé pour votre séjour à Saint-Aignan.

Mauvaise odeur salle de bain Très bruillant par la circulation Forte Chaleur extérieure, également à l'intérieur, insupportable, invivable. Encore plus fatigués en repartant. Honteux, inadmissible, irrespectueux, remboursement....

Très déçus, nous n'avons rien apprécié. Énorme regret Argent dépensé inutilement. Mauvais souvenir.

Le petit déjeuner que l'on nous propose pour un prix de 10€ fuyez surtout!! Café, chocolat en poudre, on ne respecte pas le souhait des clients de plus la personne était d'une amabilité catastrophique!!! La propreté un petit à refaire, siège de table rempli de taches.. portes avec traces!! Trés chaud dans le logement en pleine canicule assez difficile avec un enfant une clim serait plus adaptée que des ventilateurs qui brasent de l'air chaud..
